Feel great on my heels! Helped "heal" my Achilles tendonitis very quickly! The only problem is that they keep moving in some of my shoes which is s awkward and sometime painful because they can work their way up to the arch area. It might just be those shoes though because they're a little bit wider at the heel. I didn't have that problem with my shoes with the narrower, stiffer heel. Great product and did what it says it does!!

They stay put in my shoes, mostly. No tears or other degradation after the first week, and I walk a fair amount. I thought they might make my shoes tighter but they did not. In fact, they didn't change the fit of my shoes at all. Mainly they really helped with heel pain. I like them enough I ordered a second pair for use in my hiking boots.

Initial impression is good. They do seem to fit men's regular width Salomon. Thicker than what I saw at Walmart, but may decide they're too thick. Would prefer flat across the top rather than cupped. Maybe too squishy but at least they are opposing the overly aggressive arch in my shoes.

Does a good job on a pair of sneakers that need padding but only on the rear portion of the shoe.

Got this for my husband and his doctor even approved of them. Only comment he has was the slip a little when taking shoe off and back on.

I've only had a week but they are comfy. They fit well and give a cushion and lift. It's helping my Achilles tendon iris.

These fell apart the second day and I ended up with a blister on my right foot
