Almost works.
David's review enticed me to purchase this. He had great success and documented it well, but I cannot replicate it. First, there is no clue as to which setting he used. The manual should explain this, but as he noted, it is nearly worthless. I am also trying to use it on motorcycle rides and have successfully recorded... something. Second, when I drag the files to the recommended Kodak software, it says the file is corrupted. They do not work. Ever. I downloaded the YouTube program and ran that on the files. After an hour upload and 15 minutes of processing I still had garbage.I'm sure this camera works. I see files. They look ... well, they obviously recorded something. David offers a beautiful proof of concept and I applaud his success. However, I have never in the four months of owning this successfully published a 360 video.

Customer Service is AWFUL and Camera Destroys SD Cards and Does Not Work!
I wanted to love this camera. I was super excited to get it. Quality of the product and all the extra parts seemed great. I could hardly wait to try it out. That is where the problem comes in. The rudimentary instruction manual did say the SD card would have to be formatted, but no specification on what size of card it would take, or which file format to use. Given that it shoots 4K at 360°, one would think that it would take a 64gb card or 128gb card. Not only would it not accept those, putting them into the camera destroyed the cards -- as in they could not be re-formatted or written to after coming in contact with the slot on the camera. I went through 3 - 64gb cards and 1 - 128gb card, 2 different brands (SanDisk and PNY). Blown away and not at all ok with destroying well over $150+ worth of cards. So then I tried 32gb cards for it, and the same "TF" error came up. The 32gb cards could be reformatted after being in the camera, but were also useless as the camera would not record to them or take photos. I spent 7 hours trying to re-format cards (tried every file type option), buying different cards, figuring out a solution, all to no avail. Also searched "TF" cards and found out that is the 2004 technology for what is now known as SD cards. You can get the cards, but only from China with terrible reviews, as they are super old technology, record only about 1gb (even if the card says 8gb + size) and are super slow. They also "eat" and "destroy" data per the reviews. Another issue with this camera is that I couldn't find anywhere to order replacement batteries or an external charger. So to charge it, the camera has to sort of lay on its lens and be plugged in. Oops. Not well thought out. If there was an external charger for the battery, there wouldn't be a problem with this. I really wanted to take pix and video with this camera, and test out the WiFi range and all the capabilities, but without a card (which it does NOT come with), none of that is possible. It is a Linux OS, and I don't know if that has anything to do with the card format errors, but the entire reason someone buys a 4K 360° camera is to use it, and they would definitely want a fast, big responsive card in it that could capture all that was being recorded. When they update this with an external battery, minimum 64gb (any manufacturer, not some off brand) Class 10, 90 + write speed SD Card, and an external battery charger, I will try again. Until then, I think it was released without QA testing and they need to go back to the drawing board and revise it.UPDATE: Their Customer Service refused to replace any cards the camera damaged or otherwise help resolve the issues with the camera. They also did not offer to replace the camera or provide any type of discount. Thank heaven I could return it through Amazon Prime. SAVE YOURSELF time and money. Don't order this!! It's on Amazon by lots of sellers. Same technology. Same camera. The one I ordered was white. Received a black one. So many reasons not to buy this camera, especially from Winata.
