I've done a lot of research into this(ingredients inthis supplement) and I tried this product for 60 days. As the title says I'm going to explain why this works and doesn't work.Long story short... Magnesium, Zinc, and D3 all will raise your Testosterone, but only if it's lower then it should be for your age. It will not go beyond that.For instance I am 40 years old, lift daily every week, take a regular multivitamin. I get 8hrs of sleep a night and .8g of protein per lb of body weight. I watch my caloric intake, macros, and micros. I keep track of weight and body fat as well. So when I tell you this had NO positive effects on me you can trust it wasn't because of any other circumstances.It did strangly have one negative effect on me. I found myself waking a couple times a night every night. For the entire time I was taking this. I find this strange considering Magnesium is supposed to also help with deep sleep. I never figured out why this happened.Now on the other hand if you have things in your life that are causing your Testosterone to drop below your personal max level. I would imagine this would help. The science does support that.So, I would reccomend trying this. However, know in advance it will at best bring you up to where you should be if you were controlling your sleep, macros, micros, and working out daily. At worst you lost a few bucks.I hope this helps someone.

I bought this for my bf. He says, that this is indeed a high-quality product, for a decent price... We agree that a good multi vitamin should not be cheap but It should not be ridiculously expensive either and after taking this for just a couple days , he has seen dramatic results. This is surprising because there are items in the health store at a higher price point that do not achieve the same results. He likes that this multi-vitamin has just the right amount of concentration in the important ingredients. Thats the problem with many multi vitamins that he has tried, they have everything in them.
