Grande Epicure M6025103 18-Inch by 24-Inch by 3/4-Inch Embossed Pastry Board

Absolutely love this board! I make everything on it, it's solid wood and washes well and dries fast, stores anywhere (like behind doors). A must for people like me with small kitchen who have to make food sometimes in the living room - I simply put this board on the table and make it a working surface.

Was searching for a replacement for the bread board in my antique baking cabinet, which was missing when I purchased it. Had to have it cut to fit and boy is this made from some great hard wood. Markings are clear and a bonus for the avid baker.

This is the second board that I have received, the first arrived warped and was returned, the second began to warp after 3-4 weeks, past the point of being eligible for return. While it is usable, I would not recommend purchase.

The quality of the board exceeded my expectations. It is well made and sturdy and will last a lifetime. It was a gift for my daughter-in-law and she loves it.

This is not high-end. It does tend to warp a little, but then I just flip it over for a couple of days and use the back and it warps back to flat. For the price, I think it's great. I wanted a big cutting board to cover up an ugly countertop, and it does that very well while also being useful. I also don't usually make pastry, but I think the markings look cute.
