Actually, bought this as a kitten toy
One has to punch out the foam and connect it, but be aware the shapes are extremely snug and the box will often not hold up to pressure. However, we have young kittens that love stealing things they aren’t supposed to — and they love stealing the shapes, carrying them in their mouths, and batting them around.
