I have been taking these vitamins since I got them, so far they are fine, they tase good and easy to take, I am hoping that they do my system well. I understand they need to be taken for a while for the system to absorb. I am 80 anything helps

It's an aquired taste, but seems to be doing the trick.
I would think that it would take about a month or a few weeks to see the overall effect from these vitamins. I've seen quite an approval in energy but nothing near the amount that you see in the television commercials...the other minus all be that minor is that it does have not the nicest of tastes, but I remedy that by taking a gummie vitamin C along with the pill otherwise the taste is a bit stomach turning...
