I dont understand why its so complicated to put on the description that these are clear yellow and not solid.

I feel cheated
The product arrived incomplete I bought 100 ballons and only 60 arrived, the difference was very big since I bought another 12 inch package to do something the same when I noticed that the 9 inch ones were running out I started counting and I only had 60 EA not 100 I had bought . I feel cheated
