I'd considered whether or not to buy this for a long time but finally took the plunge. and I was very pleasantly surprised. it came in a well-padded box, ok it only had Custom Saber written on the side and no pictures or anything but it was enough.The item itself has a decent weight to it and once the blade was fitted I gave it a quick swing as an experiment. Now this brings me to my only real complaints, the instructions are a little sparse on details, so it can be hard to work out exactly what button pushes do what until you work it out yourself. The only other one is that the advert for this and indeed the instructions suggest it has 7 sound font's I could only find 5, but this could be because the differences may be too subtle for me.The colours are pretty good but there does seem some confusion over how many there are exactly. The advert headline says 12, the description says 11 and the instructions 15 or infinite depending on where you read it!So from my brief 'experimentation' with it, I can't tell how well it would hold up to serious duelling but for a quick bash around on the bed and my arm, the grubscrew remained tight and the blade showed no movement, obviously, you'd want to check on that if you were frequently using it but so far so good. So as it turned out the pommel and the hilt unscrew, which as I intend to clad that section in leather is great for me.So for a cheap lightsaber, my one is pretty good, I'm now thinking about the possibility of buying a second to make a double-ended version. I do have a question though why on earth did you supply a gloss black adaptor to convert it as the hilt is matt black??? Not a good idea but not a deal changer.

Lights are nice and bright and instantly on, no fading in lit room, maybe better in the dark. Sound effects are basic but this a value lightsaber and it is built very well for a budget duelling lightsaber. Would have given 5 stars if it came with a stand.

I was born May 4th so I had to get this! It's bigger than I thought but comes in a sturdy box. It is very bright but you have to make sure you fasten the plastic tube into the handle or it can fall out which I first made the mistake of doing. It's easy to use, lights everything up and looks epic. The sounds are also nice and colours work well with it. It is a little difficult to change colours and the instructions aren't all that helpful. I love it and have used it a few times, simple to use, charges fast and one of the better ones out there.

The build quality is very good. Feels strong and sturdy. The handle has some weight which feels good and comfortable to hold. The plastic rod is very robust. I accidentally whacked it on the floor and table and no issues. The light effects is brilliant. You can change the colour easily with a click of a button. The sound is loud and clear, it can also be adjusted or muted. The sound effect are great. They make great sound effects when moving it around and when it hits another objected. The recorded sound clips are ok. Some are annoying to be honest. It would’ve been better not to have them. Maybe could have added a cool music from star wars or something similar. It comes with a charger (not usb c unfortunately), some screws, an attachment (I think it is to make it a double lightsaber) and instruction manual. The instruction manual is clear to follow but could be better.My biggest dislike is the box it came in. It look cheap, doesn’t reflect the quality of the lightsaber. Also my address was stuck on the box. Not ideal if it was intended as a gift.

So you'll see it in the photos on other reviews, the saber looks good, feels okay, nothing wrong there, the blade is good, lights up well, not the best, but still good. The big draw back is the sound, it's terrible, like, the sound itself is bearable, but when you hit something it takes like 1-2 seconds for it to register the hit and respond. When you press buttons it's the same, it takes a second to turn on, it has to be held for 5 seconds to turn off and the sound in mine has already stopped working after 30 minutes of use, but I'm okay with that cus I hated the sound anyway and the light is still cool.Tldr:Look, feel and light is good, sound is bad, controls are slow.

The media could not be loaded.  I bought this a day or two ago because my Fencing society had started a lightsaber social. I bought this thinking it might be cheap but oh boy was I surprised. It’s sturdy, has simple instructions and genuinely looks great. Would thoroughly recommend this as a good option for a stunt blade or to start off a collection because the quality is fantastic. Only downside I would say is the button mechanics are hard to figure out from the instructions but you get the hang of it quickly!.

I dont know what i love more, the saber. The customer service or the colour changing function.I bought this last month and i have more and more fun with flailing it around like an idiot or randomly poking someones arm with it. I definitely recommend to anyone who is thinking about getting it.

Was impressed with the quality until I tried to get it to work “doesn’t work”😞Tried everything even bought new batteries still nothing so the force isn’t with me
