I use this product as a waist trainer to sweat more. It works great. Runs a little big. Wish I had ordered. Small for a tighter fit.

Poorly designed and difficult to put on. Seams are tight and ripped when I tried to pull up over my hips and when I tried pulling it down over my shoulders.

I am a size 12 so I got the medium and it was a perfect fit. When it arrived I put in lingerie bags and used the soak cycle on my washing machine with some fabric softener on cool water. Then ran a rinse cycle and hung dry. Today is the first day wearing it and it is comfortable. I am using a burn cream under it and I am definitely sweating under the belt area. I am buying 3 more because of the comfort level and it helps smooth out the bulges.

I like it but returned it once because it was to big then the next size down was a bit tight. I ended up keeping it cause the tightness was bare able. Does what it's supposed to so...

I went by the size chat on this item, needless to say it was larger to the fitting.I would go down a size if you want to order this.

My oldest loves it

Size is to big but that's what I ordered. However I got it adjusted, wore it for an entire day and didn't do what it is suppose to do and it rolls up. Not happy with this at all.
