Very effective
At 69 years old and taking a cholesterol drug that removes coq10 from my system, the most definitive result from lacking coq10 is lower strength and endurance when lifting weights at the gym. I have taken several different brands of coq10 and their potency varies as well as price. To date the best brand I have tried has required 400 mg of coq10 for an optimum workout . It is also about half the price of Wellabs coq10. I have regularly tried different coq10 brands and evaluated them as to how well they affect my weight lifting routine by dose. Some brands sell both veggie capsules and soft gel capsules of their coq10. Generally I have found the soft gel capsules are superior in effect so I was somewhat skeptical about these veggie capsules from the start. That skepticism proved wrong with these veggie caps.Like every other review reading human who buys online, before I change from one brand name product to another I have to at least suspect there is a better product out there. That there is a large difference in effect at a particular dose and price from the several brands of coq10 I have already tried suggested that there might be. My present brand also has the same amount of bioPerine but doesn't have any tumeric . The tumeric has some possibilities for my use as it is an inflammatory which I considered may prove useful for shorter recovery time when weight lifting.Being frugal , my first standard is that Wellabs would have to have at least the effect while weight lifting of a 400mg dose of my current brand at a 200 mg dose of Wellabs to compete on price. I don't assign any value to being able to take half the number of capsules at twice the price per capsule. The result : Wellabs coq10 did as well when lifting weights with a 200mg dose as my present brand does at a 400 mg dose. As to the benefit from the tumeric , it is too early to tell . There might have been a little less soreness than usual . While I said that it mattered little whether the dose was in 4 or 2 capsules, I do think that that should be a consideration for quality control. I will be buying Wellabs coq10 again.

COq10 and multiple sclerosis
I have only been taking these for a month. I am not sure what to expect and I am not sure if some results that I may have noticed are actually from these vitamins or from something else. However, there are some facts that I can tell you what I thought. To begin with, the vitamins did not have a smell to them. They also did not have any flavor or taste. They were capsules that were easy to swallow. I was able to take them with or with out food. I did NOT burp vitamins the rest of the day. I couldn’t even tell if I had taken them or not. Now if I felt they were helping me. I am not very familiar with what exactly they claim to do. I have heard, but don’t remember details, about how good COq10 can be for people. I have multiple sclerosis. The hard thing about multiple sclerosis is that it is surrounded by a guessing game. The medications for MS are preventative. They are supposed to cause less “attacks” and milder consequences. However, it is impossible to know what would have happened if you didn’t take the meds compared to what did or didn’t happen bc you took the meds. I feel the same with vitamins. Over the past two weeks (I started taking the vitamins 4 weeks ago), I feel like I have had more energy or at least I have not felt as tired as I normally do. Prior to recently, my face has been breaking out bc of wearing the masks (Covid) 24/7, but I have not had any break outs for a few weeks. I haven’t noticed any sickness or dizziness or faintness that some vitamins cause. But the entire scientific aspect of the Central Nervous System and inflammation, I have no idea if the COq10 improves it or not. And in all reality, I don’t think I would ever know for sure one way or the other. But considering, I didn’t have any negative side effects and these vitamins are relatively inexpensive, I will continue to take them in hopes that they are doing something. And I really hope that it is these vitamins giving me less fatigue and better skin.

Coq-10 with Tumeric. A combination of positive health benefits.
I’ve tried lots of versions of Coq-10. We have heart disease in my family and this is a must have for cardiac health. The tumeric is nice, as I usually have to buy an extra supplement of those.I have arthritis and these seem to take the inflammation down. A little less stiff.I haven’t noticed a “racy” energy from them, but I think they reduced the brain fog I get.Give them a try! Great price and this company stands behind their products.

Excellent CoQ10 formula
As many (most?) of you may know, your body produces CoQ10 naturally, but its production tends to decrease with age. Health conditions like heart disease, brain disorders, diabetes, and cancer have been linked to low levels of CoQ10, although it's not clear whether low levels of CoQ10 cause these diseases or are a result of them. Further, statin drugs have been found to reduce the amount of naturally occurring coenzyme Q10 in the body, and CoQ10 might be a wise might be a wise supplement to those taking presription statin drugs (Atorvastatin, etc.).This product is easy to swallow, and its dosage comports with what most "experts" out there recommend. I recommend this for those who desire a CoQ10 supplement, and I also recommend increased exercise (even if only walking an additional 1-2 miles per day).

Great properties in this little vitamin
I bought this product because I'm a firm believer in the power of turmeric. I take turmeric daily and am always looking for combinations of vitamins and this one contains BioPerine and Coenzyme Q10 which help reduce inflammation and promote clear thoughts, at least that's the claim.I started using this vitamin as a replacement of my other turmeric pill, and so far I feel great. I have less muscle soreness and I haven't adjusted my workout schedule, so inflammation is definitely down.I also like the heart benefit properties of this vitamin so long term use will really make a difference.
