So disappointed
Loved the content and so did my daughter, however been using it 3 days and the page has become unstuck and falling out, The binding just isn't up to scratch, not sure if it's a one off poor quality. Not going to return it will have to stick the pages back in 🙈 Shame as the pages have everything you want to write down

Great design, very poorly made
Like another reviewer on here, my dairy has completely fallen apart on the second day of using it. The binding of the book is poor and the pages simply come unstuck as soon as a page is used. There is no way to pop them back in, therefore the end result is very messy and ultimately unusable (not to mention the fact all this personal info I have been writing is liable to fall out!).A huge shame as the content and layout is great, very well thought out. It would have been useful to have a list of low/high fodmap foods somewhere but this is irrelevant to me now as I just cannot use this book anyway in the state it is in.Not able to return since I have filled out 3 pages, and not sure of how to contact Bay's Kitchen direct, but will keep looking on here.Sadly a waste of money.

Highly recommended great quality product.
Larger than expected which is great. Lots of space to fill everything in. It's been really useful for me to use as a food diary even before going on a low fodmap diet. The planner includes food tips. Key food swaps and pantry list if you are wanting to switch to low fodmap this will be perfect. There are fields for tracking stress, sleep, exercise, alcohol, symptoms, stools and other. Highly recommended good quality product.

Fodmap bible!
Having just started the FODMAP diet (and already having positive results after 19 years of nothing working!), this book has been really helpful in keeping me focussed on my record keeping. Not only in recording what I eat but also my symptoms. It's quite a chunky book but necessarily so to give enough space to record things. Also some really helpful tips contained inside. Only frustrating thing is that the pages seem the wrong way round (?) as I keep mistakenly recording morning symptoms in the evening column as I’m presented with the evening first.

Great find, great product.
I don't always write reviews but I know how hard it is to find good quality well thought out products like this. I have just started fodmap elimination and after a search online I found this Bay's kitchen food diary. It has everything you need to record your food diary journey. You could use this for any elimination diet not just fodmap. Lots is space to write. Easy to follow and lots of handy information in the back. It also fits nicely in my handbag so I can take it out and about with me. Much easier than a normal diary or a pad. I can highly recommend Bay's kitchen food and symptom diary. Invaluable. 🙂
