Peri Menopause here. Have had low hormones for many, many years & my Dr didn’t believe in hormone therapy so I just accepted it. I have been taking these for seven months and they have eliminated hot flashes and mostly all symptoms of peri-menopause. I didn’t feel well for the first couple of weeks but the transition was so worth it. Things seem to be back in line with normal and I attribute it to this product.
