when i ordered this 12x12 tile i thought they were white 12x12 and black12x12. my fault for not checking them out throughly. but i have found a new use for them instead for my garage floor. they seem to be durable and peel and stick is so easy. in the mean time i was fishing around in the basement of the townhome we just bought and low and behold, there were a box of the black and white tile that were used on the garage floor orginally. my point was everything worked out in the end. i think these tiles with their peel and stick back will work in most of your applications. rw
