Tuning is Sharp
It is a very cute whistle; however, it is sharp in tuning. I also have a brass Generation with the red fipple. It was also sharp in tuning, but I was able to remove the fipple so that whistle can now be tuned to A440 by pulling the fipple. They say the brass is much easier to remove the fipple than the nickel. I am not able to remove the fipple on this Green Paisley Whistle - yet - but will try again when I have more time. I won't be able to play with other instruments unless the other instruments tune to me - and not every instrument can be tuned.

Very nice looking whistle.
Great looking whistle and the tone is everything you'd expect from an out-of-the-box Generation whistle: decent in the lower octave and unforgiving in the upper. While it has the chiff that many players like, it's not the easiest whistle for a beginner to play.

Very pretty and fun to play.
Great value, very pretty, and fun to play. A little chirpy compared to some of my other inexpensive whistles, yet better than many!

Beautiful looking whistle
Beautiful looking whistle. Very chirpy. The tone isn't as open and rounded as my Clarke D but I like that its heavier and solid in my hands. A nice whistle to add to my collection.

Generation Whistle Great
I arrived yesterday and played beautifully. It was in tune (that's pretty good for such an inexpensive whistle). I am buying 2 more.

Clarke macht konische Whistles, Generation zylindrische. Was man bevorzugt, ist Geschmackssache.

Just alright.
I ordered this whistle in black and recieved the red one which was disappointing. The seller gave a partial refund but I only ordered this whistle for the color pattern. It plays well although it has a little trouble with the second octave.
