I'm sure these will help
I ordered these then had a medical issue that required staff to move my legs. They grabbed too tight so now I must wait for bruising and pain to subside before I can actually put these on.Disclaimer: these ankle supports DID NOT CAUSE THE BRUISES!!

Well made pillow but for small ankles.
1. This pillow is well made of quality material.2. This pillow is for people with very small ankles.3. If you are not small ankled you’ll need to cut a larger inner circle out of the foam to be comfortable.4. This is high density foam. It is not easy to cut, it can be done. I had to remove 3/4” to relieve the cutting of circulation the pillow caused before widening. I’ve cut lots of foam believe me this will not be an easy task. You need a long, very sharp knife.5.If you are not willing to modify I do no recommend. Also the pillow was very hot before modifying.6. Now that I’ve widened the foam I'm happy after a month of use.

It stays on all night and really helps my ankle.
