1.Open the dispenser,after separate it you will see a colloidal silica and insert the toothpaste,2.Recover it,then job was done.

Q: My husband hates it. How can I remove it from shower wall?

Dear lady,because this product was fixed by 3M glue,now depend on your walls material,1.if the wall is something(tile) can stand chemistry liquid,such as banana oil,which you can use the banana oil to wet the wall,then remove it;2.if the wall cant stand the chemistry liquil,then you could use a knife or something sharp to cut off the glue,then be care to remove the residue on the wall.hope it can help you.-cooling
