Q: where is this product made?

I don't know, but I was not feeling secure using it.

Q: will this stick to smooth plastic shower enclosures?

I could not get this to stick to smooth and extremely clean ceramic tile showers. Don't know about plastic.

Q: Does it work on on cultured marble shower walls?

I really don't know but probably so.I have two in my place they are both by different companys.One works better than the other.But you can return it if it doesn't work well for you.I always clean the area with windex or alcohol and let it dry before I put it up.So all you can really do with these handles is just try it and see.Good luck with yours if you get one.

Q: Why doesn’t it stick to glass tiled? My bathroom very clean and dry but won’t stick?

I have one in a bathroom and I have cleaned the surface and the suction areas on the gripper and it will stick for awhile ,then it falls off.Ihave another one that has no black on it and it sticks the best.
