Good size
Great to keep in my car. I travel a lot, and gives me plenty of options for healthy snacks and meals.

A Product that Delivers
I very seldom give 5 stars to any product. I delayed giving a review to this unit so I could judge its' performance over many months. This portable refrigerator exceeded my expectations in several ways: In my garage or car, it performs exactly as stated; Operation is wonderfully controlled on the small panel; It cools beyond expectations as I make a grocery run and then have to drive long distances to home; I do not have to worry about making stops on my trips as it can keep operating from the car battery if I want; Even if I shut it down at a location it keeps things cool for a reasonable period; I can easily transfer from my refrigerator to my car, turn it on and have fast cooling even if I do not start it prior to leaving. Would I buy again? Yes!

Great to travel with
It is amazing not to have to deal with messy ice when traveling. We have take it on several long road trips and use it as an outdoor refrigerator when we have company.

great little "refrigerator" for the car!
This cooler is like a refrigerator and did a great job while we were on a 2 month roadtrip. Pros: kept items cold consistently; The light inside is nice.Negatives: Heavy: especially when loaded. It is helpful to be on the first floor of a motel when traveling so you don't have to lug it upstairs into the room: Unit came with poor instructions and did not contain info on error codes that can come up. We had an error code during our trip and we had to search online for info. The cooler plug had accidentally lost connection with the car plug and lost power. Once it was plugged back in and battery had recharged, it worked well again.

Perfect for road tripping
We use our Costway for extended trips. It's so much better than restaurants.

OK when powered
I had hoped for something that, if filled and cold, could keep itself cold a while without power. But this is not at all well insulated apparently. The compressor works fine and gets the temp down. But if you then kill power, it doesn't take long at all for the inside to reach the ambient air temperature outside of the cooler. So in the car, with the cigarette lighter accessory in the back of my wrangler, this worked fine. In the hotel, it worked fine. As long as both places had power. if you left it unplugged, then it bled cold faster than I ever would imagine.I didn't want something that HAS to be powered 24/7 to keep things cool... I had hoped for SOME insulation to let it keep things for at least a few hours once it was already chilled down. Was going to return but I see their policy and am sure I would have to fight for it, so I'll just keep it and beware better next time for some sellers...

Waiting on seller customer service to remedy a problem
Will not be recommending this product to my dog show and competition friends that spend all day in the hear unless Costway stands by this product and sends a no cost replacement. I had so many people check this cooler out this past weekend that you’d think I was rep selling this product. I am not a rep. Just started testing this cooler this weekend and already have a problem, a big “hole”. Have no idea how this could happen because I only only used bagged ice and store bought reusable ice but this happened. Nothing sharp or pointed was ever placed inside. It was a test run to see if the cooler could do the job. The temperature reading fell below the temp I wander and seemed to change temp readings while plugged in. The cooler was inside a fairgrounds building and not outside. This could be user error since it’s new to me though. If they reach out to me to make it right I will change my review and take the cooler to future dog events and let people see it. I travel to dog events weekly so the cooler will get a lot of free exposure/advertising. Fingers crossed!
