When it comes to reviews I need to have my socks knocked off or be utterly disappointed before I review. In this case my socks were knocked off so far I can't find them!!Anyone with Planter Fasciitis knows that each step is painful. Even though I do the stretching exercises which help, the pain remains. Coupled with overall bad feet, extended periods of walking had become something I avoided.From the instant I put these flip flops on and took a step the pain was gone and I mean gone. As long as I am wearing these I can walk in comfort with no searing pain.I think they do run large. I usually wear a 10W which I ordered and they were too large. I exchanged for a 9W and they fit perfectly. The arch support is exactly right for my feet and offers so much comfort.We all know now to wear flat flip flops but we just go ahead and do it and the suffer the consequences. I would actually recommend these for anyone , even those with no foot pain. They just may help prevent foot damage.I am off to buy another pair in a different color.Happy Walking!

Recovering from plantar facitiitis so I need good support. Have worn these type for years a house shoes. When I bought these years ago, it was recommended that you go to the next full size up if you wore a 1/2 size, they were too big, so I never wore them outside, but they gave great support. These said to buy 1/2 size down if you were a 1/2 size. They fit perfectly and cute to boot! Will buy more.Update: My 4rd pair. I've been buying these for years. I love the support. Just got the ones with the tortoise shell. Cute.My only issues are that I've noticed they keep getting shorter - my old pair are slightly longer than the new ones, that's fine - they still fit and the first pair I bought lasted for years! My 1st and 2nd pairs started to disintegrate. I would find pieces of rubber on the floor. Still, I guess nothing lasts forever. I will continue to buy these as they are so comfortable and cute.Re sizing, I do recommend sizing down. I wear 9 1/2 and the 10's would be too big so I got size 9. Perfect!

I am 42 and have plantar fasciitis in both feet and two heel spurs per foot. I was at the point I could not walk much at all. I like to exercise several times a week and hated being immobile. I bought these shoes hoping for some help with standing and being active much of the day. I live in SC so I wanted shoes I could wear in the house, outside, and kick off, slide on as needed. I love these shoes. I wear them all day, everyday, when it's warm enough..and for southerners that's most of the year. I have found these are very durable, and if they get muddy you can just hose them off...the problem is waiting for them to dry without other good shoes to wear. So buy two pair. I have worn these to do just about everything and they have held up without any problem. I would buy your true size. I have a wide foot and wear 8.5 normally. I bought a 9M and it is just a tad too big but not uncomfortable, wish they had half sizes. The arch support and heel seats are great and I can wear them all day with no problem at all.

My feet were so painful that I could barely walk, especially first thing in the morning. I tried walking on my tip toes and the sides of my feet and the heels, everything I could, but it was getting exponentially worse by the day. Out of desperation, I came online to do research about what I could do to alleviate the pain. I discovered these flip flops, but they were so expensive for my budget that I walked away disappointed. After considering it for another day, I decided that my ability to walk and be free of that pain was worth dealing with the loss of that money earmarked for other obligations. Well, it was well worth it and I wish I'd done it a long time ago. With it being summer, I wear the flip flops every day and my pain is gone. They are comfortable and seem to be taking the constant use in easy stride. With summer coming to a close, I again have to figure out how to afford a pain of sneakers/shoes for the cold months. By hook or by crook, I will only ever wear good arch support shoes for the rest of my life. If you suffer from the awful pain of plantar fasciitis that really wrecks your quality of life, I HIGHLY recommend these shoes, you will not be disappointed.

It is comfortable and i have used it before also. But this time the product is of very low quality for the big price charged. The soles came off in two months and i had to get it glued. Don't know how long it will last now

I love love love these sandles , this is pair #4 for me and pair #2 for my husband, first few days they are pretty hard and the arch will seem high but they 100% soften up , I believe that they put the arch extra high so when you do break the sandals in you don’t lose the orthotic , I have wide feet and these are tight for a few days but after that there perfect, 100% worth the money

These were great and exactly what I was looking for. I wear a lot of Vionic and my regular shoe size is 9.5 so I know to size down to a 9 because Vionic aligns the foot properly.I took off one star because this supplier sent them in a terrible box and not the good, sturdy, Vionic original box. Their box was so flimsy that it was broken, ripped and didn't fit properly. So the loss of 1 star is because of the supplier not the sandal or Vionic.

Excellent flip flops has help my planter fasciitis greatly and I have no pains in legs anymore.
