purchased this extension so that I could install a set of the FOXID strobe lights into the rear side windows of my Yukon XL and this extension made it simple to run the wire from the passenger to the driver side and connect the lights up. I now have 2 sets of the foxID strobes connected up in my truck. I removed the factory installed switch that came on the FoxID lights and connected them to my own 12 volt switch that is flush mounted into the dash of the truck along with a momentary switch to change the strobe/ flash pattern. They work excellent, and really make traffic move.

i ordered my first set and only had enough hardware to attach one of the brackets to the light. Ordered a replacement set and got it today. To my dismay it also only had one set of mounting hardware. So, 4 brackets and only enough hardware to mount one set....brackets are sturdy and great mobility and suction cups are more than adequate but gotta have the right amount of hardware...? Sending both sets back.

Suction cups refused to adhere to any surface for more than a minute or two.Eventually had to cut them off and use 3M tape to secure the brackets in place.Brackets themselves are fine, though they do suck up a good bit of vision area.

Works good to mount the lights to a back window,etc but it is missing the nuts needed to mount it to the sliding bolts on the back of the light itself and therefore you have to get creative to rig it in such a way thats stable unless you want to go buy the correct fitting nuts.

Does not fit the lights it was recommended for waste of money!

The metal part of the bracket is fine. The suction cup capability is Zero in quality. Why sell a product that claims to provide suction cups when in fact they do not work.

I put them up over a month ago in rear window of my truck. Its tinted at 5% and still can see them clearly in day time. Also still in same place I placed them the first time

Screws are incompatible with the light.. Too fat..
