The first thing I can suggest it to watch the video first before trying to install the handle. It will save you some issues, I however should have followed that advice! I did get it attached with a bit of muscle and a lot of tugging. By following the instructions or watching that short video, I'd have dipped it in the hot water which would have made it much easier to get over the lip of the bottle. But, I love it, it functions great and I'd recommend it to anyone wanting or needing a nice, comfortable grip handle for a water bottle.

I purchased the Gearproz HydroCord in March and I love it. The colors are fun and make it easier to secure to my backpack so my water bottle doesn’t slip out of the side pocket. It’s a little tight to get the plastic ring around the lip of the water bottle but it makes sense since you don’t want the handle to slip off while you’re carrying it...so do yourself a favor and it you have more than one water bottle...just buy one for each! This company has excellent customer service so feel free to reach out to them with any questions!

I was skeptical about this but I am glad i bought it. It takes some wrestling to get it on to your bottle, I have the wide mouth Hydroflask, but it is worth it. The cord stays on snug and you can carry, lift and hold your bottle with ease and comfort without trying not to drop it or ruining the lid-bottle connection by carrying it at the lid [i've ruined mine by carrying a full bottle at the lid. The lid separated and the bottle fell and dented :( ]

Excellent quality, but be sure to follow the instructions about softening the plastic neck ring. If you do it manually without it, becomes very difficult and would frustrate some people. FYI, don’t think of the compass as a nice add on. It’s one of the cheap ones they put at the end of a flashlight to mark it up an extra $0.20. Just a novelty feature thrown in to get the attention of people who don’t use them. None the less, build quality of the whole unit is indeed fantastic!

I got the citron color one because I have a citron hydroflask and it matches perfectly! It feels very secure and it also has a lifetime warranty if you ever need to unravel it in cases of emergency (paracord material). I am definitely going to get another for my other hydro. The only real downside was getting this thing on! I almost sent it back because the plastic piece was very difficult to put on, but I figured it out and it works great.

I bought two for my sons. One son's is working great, but the other son broke the carabiner and the latch on the paracord. I reached out the manufacturer, responding to their "how do you like our product?" email, and they were SUPER RESPONSIVE! I sent a picture of the issue and they sent me a new on WITH a new stronger carabiner!

I purchased the citron/black hydrocord paracord handle. The color is great and goes great with my water bottle. The most important thing is that it was easy to attach and works wonderfully. I would reccomend this company and products to everyone. I had first hand experience dealing with their customer service and they are amazing. They care about their customers and their products. It was a wonderful experience all the way around.

I love this product! It's really useful for the bigger hydroflasks that can get heavy or awkward to carry. The directions weren't a 100% clear. My husband figured it out first. The cord and the plastic ring have to go under the lip where you screw on the lid. After we figured it out, it works great. Lots of color choices too!
