Family, friends, annd neighbors alike LOVE these super bright bike lights! The colors are vibrant and can be seen clearly even at dusk! They fit on our adult and children’s bike spokes. They’ve lasted OVER A YEAR and are going strong even through rain and much off-road fun! I’d say they have wonderful stability as we haven’t adjusted them once and have a long battery life. Would love to get a few more pairs for our other bikes! ♥️🚲

We purchased 2 strands each of the pink, blue, and green lights. (You do need to buy one box of lights for each wheel). All 3 sets are on 26" bike wheels. They are super easy to put on and Activ Life sent a short informational video to watch beforehand. Everything you need comes in the box of lights, including batteries, and an extra rubber stretch band incase your wheel axel (?) has a wider diameter. The green lights seem to be the brightest of the 3, but all 3 are super bright and look amazing...especially when we are all riding together. I'd recommend any color. We go out as a family in the evening, so if it starts to get dark our bikes are very easy to see. We are using these with our older teenagers...just for fun. But, these would be great for any age. Lots of "ohhhs and ahhhs" from the neighborhood kids. Great gift! They easily wrapped around our 26" bike spokes...exactly one time. Also...very attentive customer service from Activ LIfe just following up when our lights arrived in the mail.

I first bought a set of these lights in 2016, now I'm back in 2020 to finally review them! I've been enjoying them all these years.The lights are very bright and look beautiful on the street. You'll get lots of compliments from people! But I also like how it's an added safety feature when I ride at night or early morning. Cars will see you better, and it adds light to your bike from another direction besides having a rear light and a front headlight. These light you up for cars approaching you from the side at intersections.It was easy to install just using my own two hands. There's a YouTube video where the owner of activ lights shoes you how to install it if the written directions are confusing. But it was easy and quick for me to get it installed on my wheel.Customer service from activ life is great too. There are some other bike wheel companies but I'm definitely sticking with these guys. Highly recommended! Treat yourself and light your bike 🙂

This review begins with my installation experience on an ordinary, adult, two-wheeled bike. The first light I received was defective, so I sent it back. This second one lights up just as advertised. Although The link to the video with instructions was incorrect, I found the very helpful video easily with a YouTube search.The installation is a simple process, but it takes a bit of finger dexterity and strength. I didn’t have the finger strength to attached the battery assembly to the hub using only one band, so I took the advice of the instructions and used two bands. Worked great. Threading the light wire through the spokes was a bit tricky at first, but as the wire shortened with repeated wrappings, the process became easier.The wire is wound around the spokes, but not attached, so I’ll extend this review after I ride my bike a few times to see how it holds up.I've had the light for almost a month now, and it stays in place. It does not sag or move. I'm actually thinking about getting another one for the back wheel.

These lights were purchased for night time bike riding in a yard. For our purpose, these lights were just the thing for a little extra outside play heading into summer. I enjoy the fact that I can easily see my children ride their bikes across the yard. The children love the fact they are super bright and just cool. It is a huge plus to find another way to spice up outdoor play to keep my children active and entertained while gaining adequate exercise throughout the year. The quality of the lights are good and the brightness is superb. For a little time line these lights were in Easter baskets 2022. Even though it has been just over a month the children have not gotten bored from seeing these amazing lights during their nightly adventures.

updateI have compared them to other lights of this type. I have happily discovered these. The lights seem a little bigger brighter, and the battery cases are firm, more durable and a higher quality than the rest the cylinder, much like a flashlight design the on and off switch with a protective rubber cover and durable and definitely make these lights worth choosing over all the rest. after checking out others I’m happy to report that recently. I purchased a twin pack of the white ones and we look forward to using them this summer for those reading this review, please do yourself a favor and use good quality batteries I believe it will increase the amount of use you get out of them.I would like to thank the company for its attention to details and providing that a quality battery case, and the wiring is holding up well previous negative review was because it was my first encounter with these types of lights the design of the wiring, and the lights is consistent and becoming a very common design, whether it’s bicycles, yard, decorations, or for stringing Christmas trees .The brightness of the lights might be better in total darkness.however, I find the wiring very fine flimsy. And in desperate need of a clear rubber coating to provide far more durability and whether protection to the wires and lights glad I only bought one for $15 to see if it was worth the investment. Depends on how well they hold up.i’m glad I decided before I purchase them to wrap them around the boom where where the extra support from the frame might help protect don’t worry,.I can’t imagine they would hold up on a wheel doing 10 or 15 miles an hour going down a bumpy Road.updatecustomer service responded to my review promptly.And we were able to help.
