Great product. But I would not recommend this retailer. They Would not accept my return even though it was only 32 days from purchase. The original length of wire that I purchased was too long… The manufacture states that you cannot cut the wire; they recommend that you order a new Kit for the correct length and return the original kit.I suggest you go to the manufacturers online store for any heated floor product you're going to use. They will be more understanding of the time required to install the product.

Keeps the floor at comfortable temperature. The contractor didn't have any problems with the installation. Keep in mind that your measures have to be pretty precise, because the wires cannot be cut. So be sure to order the correct length.

The shipping printout in the box showed what I ordered-a complete floor heat kit with wire heat probe and thermostat. What came was a single roll of wire, not for the sq. ft. I ordered, and nothing else, no thermostat, no temperature probes.
