Super handy and super cool
This flashlight was an interesting idea and I was super impressed. At first skeptical about the lack of batteries my friends and I put it in the water and the light came right on!! We've had to rewet the battery more than once but the flashlight has gone strong. I was a little bit confused about how to set it up but when I looked online it was easy to get going. I support this product.

Meh
Weak light. Is not really water powered, just a battery that needs to be dipped in water. Torch is not working a month later, I assume battery needs redipping but I can’t be bothered.

You would be crazy not to order this product!!
This is an amazing flashlight, and one of the best inventions ever. Soon after a purchase of one, we had a power failure. It lit up the hallway, and provided light for the bedrooms. The next day, I ordered 2 more from Amazon. The best thing about the Amazon purchase is that 2 batteries came with the flashlight. Also, I failed to mention that the light also turns into a lantern. No worries with using, and replacing regular batteries.

Nice gimmick light
Did I say "gimmick"? Yes, I meant it.This is not really a water powered light but instead is a water activated battery light. It has a very finite use which means that it only lasts about 3 water activations. After that it is pretty much useless and the light won't be bright enough or won't charge at all. This would be your emergency light maybe for camping or when lights go out and you don't have any batteries left but have access to water. Oh yes, you need water because once you activate with the water, the charge only lasts for about 24 hours and it is fully dead after that, so in order to use it again you will have to submerge it in water once again. It does not hold charge past 24 hours. Again, nice gimmick to show friends and family or for rare emergencies. Glad I bought it on sale and didn't feel like I wasted a lot of money for this.

THE BATTERY LEAKED AND CORRODED
Did not like the product! Appreciate the idea behind it, but the product is horrible. There were no directions or any reading material supplied with the product. Initially, the light was bright and the features worked well, but the cell leaked and corroded within hours of installing in the flashlight. Tried to allow the cell to dry, but it oozed for days, and when finally put back into the flashlight, it no longer worked. Horrible product. NOT RECOMMENDED! Would love to have my money back - not good.
