My dog is a small shi tzu…You can carry him with one hand easily.In America that would be a small dogBut since you are buying online, just size up.You could let the shirts soak in some boiled water to shrink down if you must adjust. But you can’t do the same if you went with a small. Spare the regrets and do what I did… buy medium.
