Elevate: The Popular SAM-E Anti-Anxiety Supplement. Instant Mood Lift Through Same, Ashwagandha, 5-HTP, and L-Theanine

I’ve suffered from anxiety for most of my life. I think I’m just more sensitive to stress and more prone to melancholy than people. There was a phase about a year ago when I tried a bunch of anti-anxiety supplements, but they ended up not being very helpful so I stopped relatively quickly.A friend of mine, who works at a natural supplement shop in NYC found this for me and recommended it very strongly. He thought that it was the best anxiety supplement that he could find.I’ve been taking it for more than a month now, and I’m really grateful that I’ve been able to finally find something that works. I usually take it in the afternoon, when I start to become a bit weary of work (I’m in retail, which is really stressful), and it gives me a nice second wind. I feel calm, relaxed, happy, and ready to give everyone a big smile. I would hardly describe it as a miracle; I still do feel tired and a bit grumpy by the end of the day, but it makes it much much easier to get through the day.The suggested dosage is two pills per day, but I actually only take one in the afternoon. Often, I take one at night right before I go to sleep, and it seems to improve my sleep quality as well. Overall, I’m really satisfied with this! Recommended for anyone who wants a bit more mental resilience during their day.

I have a high stress job. I've had it for over 27 years and in that time I've tried every natural anxiety and stress management supplement I could find. This works. It works everyday, it works consistently, and I can feel it when I don't take it. It provides me with more energy to focus, it reduces the Adrenalin surges that come from challenges events (unhappy client calls, executive drop-in meetings, 11th hour deadlines, sleepless nights). As a college student studying pharmacology, I'm always somewhat skeptical of supplements. Many supplement companies tout snake oil, and FDA doesn't do much to regulate them. I frequently find supplements on Amazon that are obviously designed by amateurs (e.g. including substances with narrow therapeutic windows, which is crazy).I decided to try this one because the guys who came up with the formula definitely knew what they were doing. It’s the most scientifically sound formula that I’ve been able to find on Amazon.For example, I was really happy to see that they included a methyl-donating compound called s-adenosyl methionine (SAMe). It’s one of the most robust anti-depressants that’s available over the counter, but very few supplement companies use it because they are so expensive. I’m also impressed with the synergistic combo of L-Theanine and 5-HTP, which is something I rarely see. L-Theanine is anxiolytic and sedative, while 5-HTP enhances focus and mood, so combining them usually produces subjective well-being.With regards my actual experience taking this, it really helped me focus in situations that were usually stressful. I usually take it together with coffee when I need to study, which takes the edge of caffeine and gives me a really nice sense of calm, almost zen-like focus. The way that I would describe it is that it reduces my susceptibility to negativity—stress, distractions, unhappy thoughts, etc. Studying on ELEVATE is something that I’vestrangely come to look forward to.tldr; I'm not a doctor, but their formula makes sense. It worked well for me and helps me study.

I was impressed with this product. Their website clearly lays out the various ingredients and cites real, legitimate studies showing their benefits (list of ingredients and studies at their site here [...] There's a lot of hocus-pocus non-sense in the supplement industry. Was happy to finally find a product that is rigorous with their science!

Great formulation. I have done a lot of research on supplements and I previously took most of these ingredients as separate supplements which was kind of a pain. (I had never heard of SAM-e however but after reading up on methyl donation I'm glad it has it.) I take 2 before bed, with more a view towards improving my long term health and getting good sleep than relieving any anxiety, and it does the job well. Small criticisms: Using a chelated form of magnesium would be better as magnesium citrate does not have the best absorption. Also an independent lab purity test is always appreciated.

I bought this for a family member who is now on a second bottle. It appears to be helping ......ALOT.Better sleep and and less anxiety. When I did research I discovered a university's findings that the depression gene could be helped by certain ingredients. Most of these are in Elevate therefore we will continue with this product.

Elevate was recently recommended to me by one of my friends. I'm usually skeptical about vitamins and supplements, especially those that make sweeping claims about universal improvements for every person within a really broad age ranges; however, this product really seems to hone in on one thing - mood support and reducing anxiety - and does it well.I often rise very early and have very long and stressful days between working as a middle school teacher with adolescents, commuting a long distance, and spending time with family, so I was looking for a product that could really make a difference for me. I didn't notice a huge change in mood or stress level in the first couple days, but after the first week or so I really began to see a large improvement in my mood. Moreover, by the time I reached two weeks, I knew this was the product for me.The research supporting the ingredients in this product seems sound and I'm definitely enjoying a tangible difference in my day to day mood. The product was delivered in a very timely fashion and the company has frequently checked in to ensure that I'm completely satisfied with the product. I would really recommend this product to anyone as there seems to be nothing to lose and everything to gain!
