The B-3 flight jacket was issued to U.S. Army Air Corps bomber flight crews during WWII. This 26" jacket is made from genuine leatherized sheepskin for plush warmth and features an oversized collar with under-collar leather strap and buckle closure, single welt front pockets, heavy-duty brass zipper over inner leather windstrip, and adjustable side leather strap with buckle and leather welt seam detail for reinforcement. Custom features salute a Boeing heritage legend, the B-17 Stratofortress bomber, with a replica "First Flight" data plate riveted onto the leather pocket bag and sewn-in cloth patch commemorating the B-17 and the Boeing centennial.
