Level up your burgers
They look beautiful and their sweet taste makes your homemade burgers taste more gourmet. They are pretty thick and don't break easily like some other brioches.

More Like Average Buns
If I were Hovis, I'd reconsider the whole "premium" label and opt for "average" instead. These burger buns are as middle-of-the-road as it gets. They're not terrible, but they're definitely not memorable. Just your run-of-the-mill buns that won't have you rushing back for more.

Pleasantly surprised by the quality of these - very tasty burger buns, not too big.

Great burger bun
I like to make my own burgers from minced beef or pork, yet to try lamb. This bun complements them perfectly, toast in the oveen fior a minute or so to warm it and give some crispyness to the texture. Magnifique !
