Best knife for the money I’ve seen.
Just got this knife today and my first impression is WOW. Hard to believe it’s $25. Sturdy with great locking system. Shaving sharp right out the box. I put my leather belt strop on it and now it’s scary sharp. The clockwork on it seems top notch and I love the texture. This will make a great working knife that won’t make you cry when you lose it like I have with several benchmade knives. If this had the benchmade name on it I’d give it 4 stars only because it’s a little heavier than I like my knives but for the price it’s 5+ stars this will be my EDC until it gives me a reason to do otherwise.

Decent Buy
I like it, the edge was done by hand and very sloppy but I was going to reprofile the angle anyways... what do you expect, I mean even knives over $100 or more often come with bad edges so I wasn't expecting anything good. The "axis lock" is pretty great on this, smooth out of the box. That's where this knife shines. Never owned a Benchmade so now I know I like the lock type and that I'd be willing to spend the big bucks for a brand name... though do I really need to when this gets the job done? Hmm... good question. Either way I like the knife for it's value. There are a few minor gaps between the "g10" scales and the liners. It doesn't quite feel like g10, but who knows, g10 seems to come in many flavors. It feels cheap for sure but I'm more concerned about the blade rather than the scales. Who knows if it's really D2. Could be. Who knows how well the heat treat, etc is on it. Who cares, it's less then $30, as long as it'll take an edge good enough to open other Amazon packages and occasionally trim a loose thread off a shirt then I'm satisfied. It's an interesting design/blade shape. I was curious if I'd be able to "wave" it open but since it's not really a wave hook and more of a thumb jimping rest it doesn't grab the pocket enough to pull open, though it's great for what it is, thumb jimping. You can thumb stud flick it open, or my favorite, just pull down the lock and flick it open. Flicking it open and close is satisfying for those that have fidgety hands like myself. The blade centering is surprisingly perfect, at least on the one I got. Zero blade play which is also surprising. It's also nice since the blade stops before hitting the spaces like on some cheap knives. All around, 8 or 9 out of 10 on functionality and fit and finish, the only negative points are the small gaps in the scales with the liners, but this was less than $30 so I'm very satisfied. I'm willing to buy more inexpensive knives from Ganzo, and probably will. Hopefully the fit and finish and quality will be as good as this one if not better. For Under $50 are there better knives out there, absolutely, but most aren't axis lock rip offs that actually work. If you've never tried this type of lock, but don't want to spend a ridiculous amount on a Benchmade yet, then try this one. ...then still get the Benchmade because why not right?

Hard to beat for the price
Like the cross bar lock, D2, (NO 440c HERE) A little harder to sharpen but good edge retention and the craftsmanship shows. Just remember to hold your fingers clear of the blade when letting gravity close it.

Great Ganzo!
My first Ganzo. They knocked this ball out of the park. What a great value in D2 tool steel! Very beefy knife. I like the size and heft. Its about 3/4 inch shorter overall than a Buck 110 for reference. I love the axis lock. I put a drop of oil on the action and lightly polished the already sharp blade with an Arkansas stone and it is very slicey now! Nice scales feel good and look great.

Doubt you can find a higher quality knife for $25
I own about 5 different Ganzo/Firebird knives and they're all very good. I think this one may become my new favorite. I also think it's probably the best quality knife you'll find anywhere for $25. An Axis lock, D2 blade, G10 scales, ball bearings, excellent design and well assembled fit and finish for under $30? You won't be disappointed.

Best 704 yet!
I have most of the Ganzo folding knives. I have a huge collection. I settled on the 704 as the best all around version for daily use and survival, field craft. I often lamented that the newer line, Firebird, and Ganzo D2 blades did not have the axis lock. Seemed a no brainier, take the great knives, make D2 blades. My new D704 is excellent. Great fit, finish, action and was close to razor sharp. I finished it up, and now it is my favorite edc. Will pick up another for my go bag.Brand snobs are losing out. Ganzo and Sitivien are the best budget folders out there.
