Stick-on Bifocal Lenses Readers Stick Magnifying Adhesive Reading Lenses Reusable for Safety and Sunglass OS8801

I put them on my sunglasses and I’m disappointed they don’t work very good I even tried to reposition them, but they just don’t work like I thought it was a little pricey too.

I’ve used Optx 2020 stick on bifocals and they are optically clear and work, I.e., adhere to MOST lenses without issue. I have a new pair of Smith cycling glasses and the Optx will not adhere. Plus Optx are difficult to come by in 2.5 x.Tried these. They “sort of” adhere, but the optical quality is total garbage, as they are wavy and inconsistent.They barely stay in place, always have air bubbles underneath. Instructions say these won’t impact performance, which is more bs.I tried these on another pair of glasses and they didn’t stay adhered, actually lost one due to this issue.Save your $$, these simply fail on all fronts!

I’ve had a set of HydroTack about 10 years on my original RayBan Aviators. So when I needed some additional magnification to get me through the first 3 months after cataract surgery I purchased another set and was Very disappointed . Wouldn’t install (“stick”) correctly and optical quality was poor. Alas another American company and American made product gone awry over time.Amazon refund & refund process was easy and quick.I purchased this (Chinese-made) brand and they’ve worked very well for about 3 weeks now. They’re well packaged, easy to install and adjust location. The optical quality is good. I would recommend these for the proper circumstances.

Lens is distractingly visible

OK, I admitted I bought these because of the low price. And this is one of those situation where I got exactly what I paid for. A end product. They did not stick on for me no matter what I tried. I’ve purchased stick on bifocals before and had great success. They were more expensive product. So I am going to go back and order the “OPTX” stick on bifocals as my previous pair of that brand worked perfectly.

These are very thick and stiff. They may work well for a flat application like a weld hood lens. But they were too stiff to stick to a curves lens like safety glasses or sun glasses.

I use Bose Tempos when using my phone for YouTube and Netflix. My vision is worsening & I need 1.25 magnification. You cannot get cheater lenses for these sunglasses, but I got the screen safe clear ones and bought these stick on magnifiers. They aren't perfect, but I love them. These do not need water to stick. I've moved mine around the lens to get the perfect location for them. Like I said, they aren't perfect, but they do the job adequately.
