I love these women. They are wicked but funny. Can’t wait to read the next one. Wish I had read them in order.

What a ride!!!!
What fun to read about women who don't just get mad, they get even and get away with it. A book you can't put down!

Neatly written.
I liked this book because the women characters were believable. It was fast enough paced that it kept you reading. Will look for another by her.

Payback Can Be Hell
This is one of the early books where the character list is small enough that it is reasonably simple to keep everyone straight. The idea is simple, have several women together to form a group that will payback the wrongs committed on each one. This book is about Dr. Julia Webster. Her husband is a US Senator that is going to be tabbed to be a running mate for the next Democratic candidate for President. Throughout his married life he has spent her money and cheated on her with dozens of women. Those women were the wives of his colleagues as well as some of her supposed friends. To compound matters he is not aware that he has contracted HIV and given it to Julie who now has AIDS. Along with his payback mission will be a mission to right the wrong of an HMO that has insured clients and refused medical attention at a time when many have lost their lives because they couldn't afford the medical care they needed. A family of three own the HMO and live lavishly off the profits gained off people's lack of health care. There will be hell to pay once the women mobilize.

God speed Julia
Can't wait to learn what wrong Myra wants to make right, get updates on Julia's AIDS treatment and how Charles will continue to work his magic. I feel like a member of the sisterhood. Perhaps like Barbara watching from above.

a fabulous, well written revenge plot
I loved the way everyone was taken care of in this book. Such a clever, perfect plot! I am excited that Jack is resigning as a DA and will be in the private sector. I have a good feeling that he and Nikki will eventually get back together and I’m anxious to read about that! The only downfall of the Fern Michaels books is that I don’t want to do anything other than read them.

Getting Even
The sisterhood decides to even the score for Julia. Her Senator husband has had many affairs and has infected Julia with HIV. Her mission has two parts and the second is a family owned HMO who had denied coverage which caused the death of several of the people with their insurance.

Page Turner
I couldn’t put this book down and couldn’t wait to see Mitch’s downfall. Sadly after being up half the night reading it was a disappointment. She had said that she wanted him to be humiliated and have to suffer but that didn’t happen in their elaborate scheme, and it was far more elaborate than needed. She basically only needed help to disappear after she had exposed him to the world! She had evidence of his fabricated background, a list of the women that he’d likely given AIDS to, and enough to publicly ruin him. But they leaked a bit then they spirited him away, told him he had AIDS(not publicly) then sent him off to an African farm and hypnotized him to believe he belonged there! But really? He had AIDS and they sent him to Africa among others? Again, lots of errors. It wasn’t revealed till the end that Julia took some blood from him to have it tested while he slept! Who wouldn’t feel that. That had to be after she found out she was infected, but when they showed him he trued to say she’d infected him and they said look at the dates of the tests, you infected her! But his test wasn’t done till later!Alexis Thorne was spelled Thorn in this book. One day they go to the library to the bookshelf to get in the secret room, later it was the Living room, and lots like that, things and things that didn’t add up. I’m going to have to read more as I want to know how and when Nikki and Jack get back together. Very disappointing end, and with the Monarch family downfall as well, why did they need to strip them all naked and tie them to their chairs!

Another bust.
Was really bumpy along the way. And I've read a lot of these sisterhood books and this one again let me down. They always go just one step to far that ruins it. People who care what the world thinks and love the luxuries money can buy don't suffer if u "wipe their memories clean and have them working on a farm". Really? So why do I keep reading them. The concept of these vigilanties is interesting. And some of the ideas they. One up with are great. It's how they are orchestrated that is really rusty. I keep thinking that with 20 some odd books eventually they started to come together.

Excellent read
Love the book. Second in series. Loved the way the "girls work together to avenge the wrong done to one of their own".
