Dream Big, Stella! (Hope Springs Series Book 1)

Lots of things going on in this book to keep you reading. Stella leaves New York when she finds out she has been left an inn in the will of a father she never knew. Her mother had always said she was created with the help of a donor. There are times when you wish someone would really help her when she tries to find out about her father. Didnt quite get why Naomi would leave her daughter with her when she just upped. I also found it hard to believe all the things she got done in such a short time. Liked that she found love and got to know who Opal was.

There is a dead-pan quality to the writing that says 'high school essay'. There is also a lack of substance to the characters that move as stick figures through a very predictable plot.The plot comes together in a childlike manner, when a talent is needed, someone is immediately provided to fulfill the need. The reader is left with nothing to challenge them, and little worth remembering.

Could not put the book down. Enjoyed it from beginning to end. Need to know what's going to happen to the inn.

What an amazing book I couldn't put it down it was gripping in all the right places to keep you reading on further.

This was a lovely story of family and how easy it is to let things fall apart when people withdraw from conflict and difficult issues. Getting to the root of things and finding a ground to move forward from is explored here, in an excellent reveal, layer by layer. On to the next installment 😊

This was an ok read. There was a lot going on with everyone around Stella with a lot of secrets being uncovered. I didn’t like the characters as much as I think I was supposed to though.

Enjoyed this book. Interesting storyline with believable characters. Author developed Stella`s character gradually throughout the book, revealing the many facets of her nature.

Really enjoyed this book , my first by this author . Characters are likeable and believable, will be reading more of the people of Hope Springs in the future.
