i bought two of the tents for my son as he took his family to Portugal to start a new life , in the last week both V shaped bars at the entrances have snapped ,it was very windy .i cannot get them back as they weigh a ton and both are in Penamacor in Portugal. my son and his family were devistated and l cannot help, We are very upset and dont know how to make this better.

I was hesitant to order it, as wondered about the quality.... but rest assured, it is of amazingly tough material, zips are tough good... I mean everything about it, I think is perfect... I do have a Glamping business, but this is the first bell tent, and I thought I will try it for myself.... it took me on my own about 20 minutes to put up, all is simple, would benefit from close up pictures for mounting, but actually it is pretty simple... the only thing I have a question for is the stove hole, is the fabric around the hole fire retardant? .... should be, but it does not say.... so I really want to know that, I am fitting with the rubber flashing kit to the exterior, but at the interior the hole surround, is it fire proof, ?? can someone answer me this thank you, but best tent ever

I have used this so far in the Peak District, Yorkshire Dales, Lake District and locally with friends (Before Covid) and this tent has been nothing more then amazing. I would highly recommend it with a stove.

Brilliant tent super quick and simple to put up
