SuperATV EZ-STEER Power Steering Kit for Polaris Sportsman 400/500/570/800 (See Fitment)

I looked all over for a power steering kit for my 2014 Polaris 570 Touring. The ad here says it doesn’t fit touring models, same with the directions. I noticed in the Amazon reviews that someone installed this on a 2017 450 HO. I also have one of those. So I checked the frame and steering components and they looked the same between the two. Ordered the kit, and the install was just as the directions show. After having power steering on my 450 that I handed over to my wife, I couldn’t go without it on my new to me 570!! The super ATV kit works excellent and the quality of Parts is very nice. I am a 20yr mechanic, the install was very simple, but at times tedious. There’s some tight places to install hardware. It took me total about 4 hrs by myself with a few beers. The only thing I noticed that is different, is that now the handlebars and headlight pod are mayyybe 3/4 to 1” taller due to I’m assuming a longer steering shaft? Idk but the kit works great, just rode it for the first rip around the house and it was fantastic!

Installed in a 2018 polaris sportsman 570. Included instructions were clear to the mechanical inclined. However getting it in there was a pain in the but, plan a good afternoon to get it done, must have a good tool set.Overall extremely pleased how everything turned out, made a world of difference as expected.

This is an absolutely great product. Pretty pricey honestly but you get what you pay for and it’s worth every dime once you have it!

I was really happy with the construction of the kit. Installing it wasn't too hard. Be prepared to remove all the plastics to make it much easier. Once it was all hooked up, I noticed steering was easier, but not as easy as my buddy's Sportsman with stock EPS. But apparently the Polaris kit has a bigger motor. Plowed snow after it was installed. Seemed easier to negotiate and manipulate the front wheels. The real test will be once I get into the woods and hit some rocks. I hope this kit absorbs the jerks from the rocks to save my arms and shoulders. Overall, as of now, I would still recommend this product.

I spent the majority of my Saturday installing this on the wife's 08 Sportsman 500.She put a few hundred miles on it in the trails and it performed flawlessly. The kit fits several models so there will be some time spent making sure the motor mount brackets line up just right.It is very well thought out but one small improvement would be a longer harness on the status led.The one unexpected thing I ran into is I had to adjust the tie rod ends to center the bars. The new shaft is splined so it wouldn't line up exactly on center.
