First watched this film with my children in the 80’s was lovely to get chance to watch it again. Shame the children couldn’t join me

Digby is a heart-warming classic film which reminds you of the love children have for their dogs! Spike Milligan and Jim Dale are excellent in the film, and very funny. As Digby grows and grows accidentally, the filming is done very well, and almost believable,(my youngest did believe it and wants a big dog like Digby!),especially for the year it was made in. The scene where Jim Dale ends up eating dog food is classic and as for when Digby digs a hole in the neighbours garden as a big dog, just hilarious! It is non stop laughter all the way. And at times almost sad and a little worrying! You cannot help falling in love with Digby in this film, I watched and loved it as a child and now my children have done the same! It is a classic film that you will want in your video collection forever. Digby should be in everyones heart and if you own this film you will just want to watch it over and over again! British comedy at its best!

This film was put on every christmas when i was a kid. i got to look forward to it every year. but i was a bit disappointed when it wasn't put on t.v this year. then somebody said to me why don't you look on amazon they are a great site and they seem to have everything. yes they were right now this wonderful film belongs to me thanks to amazon. this film will always be something special to me.

A brillo movie from my childhood.The sparkle hasn't diminished over the years one bit. (First seen circa 86; am 38 now - little snippet for you there🙂).

really good film loved it when I first saw it years ago on the tv have at the moment got my 4th old English sheepdog and my daughter has one aswell would not buy any other dog love most dogs but you cant beat old English

I liked the dvd it is a good and nice film and story and has a nice happy ending there is nothing that I did not like it arrived by the date it was to arrive

I loved this film as a child, so to have a copy to watch whenever I want to capture some of my childhood memories is great. Also I have just lost my 'Digby' dog after 13 years and this film will allow my children now to recapture their memories of a truely amazing family pet.
