These gowns work really well for isolation. They are thick and very warm, which is both good and bad. Its great when its cold outside (covid testing site) or if your facility keeps the temp set to frigid. However, if you are in an iso room with no ventilation, or its 70+ degrees outside (again, outdoor testing) these gowns offer no relief from the heat. I love that it is reusable, this saves money and time (shipping issues much). The gowns do run big. My coworker and I both have mediums and we are drownimg in them. Normally i wear a Medium top but I should have gone down one to two sizes. I thought high heat in the dryer would shrink it down some but it did not. The gowns do not shrink. Another good quality is the gowns durability. I wash my gowns daily, use laundry sanitizer (COVID tester), and dry it on high heat. So far there has been no fading, tearing, loose seams, nada. Its in great shape. I totally recommend them, 100%, just be aware of the few small issues noted.

This thing is well made! It is heavy material. Could definitely be worn as a surgical gown.

Purchased in 3 sizes. The size XL was very long. The medium was what you would expect from a medium. And the XXL was the same size as the XL. Wouldn’t have a true need for XXL I just wasn’t sure what to expect but we are keeping them. Thick material, very warm.

This was too thick for me to use as I tend to work warm. Bummer because the quality is fantastic. The cuffs are firm and elastic. It is wonderful quality. As long as you need some warmth, this will satisfy.

I’m 185 and 5’3. I got the large and it fit perfect, not too baggy. I can still wear over my normal/regular lab coat and it’s not too tight. I’m a dental hygienist. After washing and drying em the ties got a bit curly but I can still tie just fine. Front pocket nice also.

I ordered one to tryout...my assistant liked it so I ordered 3 more for her. After closer inspection of the sales photo, the first one I received was NOT the correct gown. It only had 3 ties in the back and was not a wrap around like the 2nd order. I used the "buy again" button so I know it was supposed to be the same. I hope my assistant will be ok with them since I've already had them washed. Outside of the style, the gowns are material and quality are similar.Pro:1. Thick material so it should hold up to repeated washings2. Knitted cuffs3. Strong ties4. Extra Chest Protection5. Good quality stitching.Con:1. Too heavy for lighter duties2. Very wrinkled after washing even with light loads and immediate removal from dryer3. Hard to Iron4. Not happy first order was different from second one!Conclusion:Probably good for minor surgeries but a little too heavy and thick for lighter, everyday procedures.

Got this for my Halloween costume for work. Trimmed the sleeves and it made a perfect surgery gown for Frank N Furter. It was awesome! Won my work’s costume contest! 😁

I did not have the opportunity to wear this gown to see how it performed because the ties did not match up. Because of this, the gown could not be secured. The ties weren't just a little off - there was only one neck tie (so nothing to tie it to) and the waist ties were mismatched by several inches. This seems like a gown made with very sturdy fabric that would wash and dry well but I could not use it to find out for sure. It is going back.

Purchased for a Rocky Horror costume and it was superb , probably the best Dr Frankenfurter in the auditorium although at 6ft 7 I was probably a little intimidating 😉
