Effective for IBS
I take this internally for ibs. It has completely quieted my gut and am now regular. Looks like the government has forced its harassing regulations on this excellent product by the looks of the new label where Redmond can now only state for facial use. Hogwash! I take approx 1/2 tsp set overnight in a full glass of water. Drink it at least two hours away from vitamins or medication as betonite clay will prevent them from absorbing into your system. You only need a very small amount to get results. I reorder this all the time. Redmond is acclaimed and pure.

BEST face mask ever! Awesome armpit detox too!
I purchased Redmond Clay for the facial mask benefits as well as detoxing my armpits after switching from antiperspirant deodorant to all natural deodorant. Both uses have worked beautifully! I use the armpit detox with apple cider vinegar and water mixed with the clay twice a week and have done it for a month now. I can tell a huge difference in the odor level. And this is also the best face mask I have ever used. It makes my face feel so soft and smooth afterwards. I do have to use a good moisturizer afterwards, but it most definitely has shrunk my large pores on my face. I love it! Even though it is not recommended to take internally, I have been taking 1/2 tspn. in 16 oz. water bottle and drinking before bed every night. I feel like it has helped my body to detox from the inside out. It did give me a pretty bad detox headache the first week or so, but I don't get one now! Proceed with caution if you take internally!

Helping my bad kidneys from getting worse
I use this as an internal cleanser mixed with charcoal. I did a lot of research before choosing this brand. They put a lot of work into keeping their product top quality.I take it because i have compromised kidneys. My worst fear is ending up on dialysis waiting for a transplant. Last yr the latest check at the doc showed me in stage 3 kidney disease. Charcoal in studies has helped enormously with kidney patients outside of the range (distance) where they can easily get dialysis regularly- but it tears up my stomach after a few days of using it straight. So after i looked into using clay- i began using a mix of 2/3 clay to charcoal mixed. My stomach could handle it no problem. I mix a large amount into a gallon size water container- & take a few mouthfuls 4-5 times daily. The theory is that the clay/charcoal help absorb toxins so my kidneys have to work less.My last doc appointment put me just barely in stage 5 kidney disease which means im almost in the normal range. This stuff is helping save my life. Will never be without it in the house

This clay works.
I think this stuff is wonderful. It got rid of a candida problem I had had for years, which all the meds from the Dr's didn't, and it did it in a few days. The mask is great and I will use it on my hair next. A friend is having her son use it for his acne. Thanks.

Works incredibly well in homemade hypoallergenic body powder
This clay is one of the foundations for a body powder recipe that we cobbled together that absorbs perspiration and stops odor. My daughter and I have celiac, and we both ended up with a severe corn allergy due to that, which means most body powders are off-limits. Weâve tried tapioca body powder (only works for very light perspiration and doesnât stop odor) and talc (found out it was really, really bad for you⌠cancer, etc.). So we were searching for any type of a good body powder that didnât have allergens, cancer-causing agents, etc., and we were coming up with basically nothing. We decided to make our own body powder and cobbled together this recipe from combining ideas for several body powders that we found on the web. We had to have a very absorbent powder that could handle perspiration and it had to kill body odor. It also had to be very fine so it wouldnât abrade the skin at all with body movement, which is a problem when using baking powder. We also had to have no scent due to allergies and tolerance for smells, but scent is easily added if you want it simply by adding essential oils.So in case you have all the problems we do in finding a body powder, Iâm including our recipe here for you to try. It has no scent, which we prefer. But if you want a scent, just add drip your favorite essential oil around your bowl of powder and mix it thoroughly to disperse the oil throughout the powder.Deoderizing absorbent hypoallergenic body powder:1 cup fine rice flour (found at grocery, but esp. Asian market; don't use coarse rice flour)1 cup arrowroot powder Bob's Red Mill Arrowroot Starch/Flour, 16-ounce  or found at any grocery esp. in gluten-free baking section½ cup calcium bentonite clay Redmond Clay - Bentonite Facial Mask, Soothing Mud Mask | Clay of 1000 Uses, 24 Ounce ½ cup kaolin clay Kaolin Clay 1 Pound Store in a glass jar (a canning jar is perfect). To dispense, use a mesh shaker (my daughterâs preference), such as Mesh Shaker, Newness Stainless Steel and Clear Acrylic Seasoning Fine Mesh Shaker with Rotating Cover, 3.7 Ounces (110 Milliliter)  or a puff and body powder container with a sifter (my preference), such as 20ml 0.67oz Empty Refillable DIY Make-up Loose Powder Case Container with Soft Sponge Puff Mirror and Sifter Foundation Cosmetic Box (Pink) .Very happy with this purchase.

Awesomeness Describes the Clay!
The Redman Clay lives up to all that's written about it. I've used it as a facial mask and spot treatment; taken a bath using it along with Epsom salt, baking soda and ACV (skin soften and aches and pains gone). Made the mud and used it on a big bite with great results. I recommend this Clay and will purchase again.đđž

I enjoyed using it as a face mask
I enjoyed using it as a face mask, my skin felt really good and cleansed afterwards. However I would have liked to have received more information about the product which I'd learned of from Liana Werner-Gray's The Earth Diet radio show.

Great!
Love this stuff! Great value for price and noticeable difference after one use as a facial mask. Smoother, clearer and brighter, perfect for combination/oily skin. Also mixes well with oils (Argan and rise hip so far). It works well as a clay bath. Have already recommended and will be repurchasing.
