Easy clean up
Perfect pan. Nothing sticks, easy cleanup. Just take a paper towel and wipe clean or rinse with hot water. It’s as easy as a cast iron skillet to clean. It also browns meat which is exceptional for a lightweight non stick skillet. I do wish it had a lid.

As described - this thing is a beast
Non stick is awesome. The pan is heavy as all the other reviews mentioned. I wish I could put it under the broiler, but that's just too hot for non stick. Will buy this again in another size. We'll see how long it takes for 2 teenagers to wreck this one.

Totally awesome pan
Found by reading a NY Times review from a trusted writer. No more stuck eggs, durable deep and a breeze to clean with no bolts on the inside for the handle. Not recommended for high heat searing. I have always bought French pans but this Italian brand is a winner
