Enjoyable.
Eric is the quiet farm boy goalkeeper for the Sharks. A gentleman who stays away from seedier side of of his celebrity status. Pepper, the teams new statistician and Coaches daughter, has been burnt by a hockey player before. Together they are friends with a scorching chemistry, and a secret to hide. The story is entertaining, with wonderful characters and a fair amount of steam

Good story
Eric is just starting out as the goalie for the Sharks. His whole life has centred on being a hockey player, studying and keeping his family farm from going under. He doesnt have time for the puck bunnies or getting drunk every night. Things change when he meets their new statistician who also just happens to be the coach's daughter. The team have already been warned but Eric is drawn to her. Her twin likes to be in the limelight and the press cant always tell the difference between the two. Eric wants her and telling his coach might mean he looses his job.

Good but
Eric and pepper are instant it attracted to each other but she’s coached daughter and all players are off limits. That said it’s a good story until she doesn’t want her dad to know whilst Eric is very committed. Add in a twin who can’t get things right and then screws up peppers life. Pepper is soft and too forgiving at the meddling and shenanigans of other people. Thank goddess it picked up once Eric got wind of things.

Fantastic
Please please please tell me we are getting more books in this series?! I freaking love it!! I have read all 5 books back to back this week and am gutted I am finished. I need more shark tales.Such a brilliant book, the characters are so easy to relate to and all super likeable. As always Samantha’s writing style flows and just works perfectly making it really easy to get engrossed in her stories.Although not my favourite couple in the series I still really enjoyed reading Pepper and Gentrys story. I loved both their personalities and how well suited they were. Gentry is just such a sweetheart and defo thevtype of Guy you want to fall hard for. I loved that he was also fiercely protective whilst still being a great guy.I’m hoping we get Ivy’s book next, I sense there may be a story brewing with ivy and Conner. I love sports romances and this series ticks all the boxes.

A recipe for success!
We're once again at the home of the Seattle Sharks. With the return of Coach Harris' twin daughters from college, he tasks the Sharks' goalkeeper, Gentry with babysitting duty.In taking his new 'job' very seriously he spends loads of time with Pepper but finds himself having to fight against his very strong attraction to her!Forbidden, secret relationships always add an extra layer of excitement, knowing that the newly formed couple will ultimately be caught and this is no different. Add in Eric's family and the support he gives them, and you have a story that highlights just how strong this young couple's feelings run when they're willing to risk so much!Samantha Whiskey has written a hero that every father would want for his daughter and a heroine that every mother thinks is worthy of her son.Mix all of these together and the result shows just how successful this recipe is!

4.5 stars
4.5 starsEric Gentry is the starting goalie for the sharks and is well on his way to a high paid contract with a very long career. Hockey is his life and he is determined to be the best whilst also supporting his parents farm.Pepper Harris is fresh out of MIT and the sharks new statistician. She is clever, funny and super excited about her new position on the team.... Oh and she also happens to be the coaches daughter....!!!Both characters are well rounded, caring and fun... if a bit quirky 😉I immediately connected with them both and found the story very easy to read. The moments of intimacy between them are real and well written. Samantha has done a great job bringing these characters to life. What a treat to spend time with this team again. There are plenty of laughs (Lukas especially!) and drama as Eric and Pepper find each other and try to solve the problem of what to do when her father finds out they are dating....!!!Also a really great lead in to what I hope is Connor's story...😊🤗I received an arc of this story and have chosen to leave a review.

Brilliant Again
I love this series. The characters are beautifully written and are so likeable and natural. This is the first book without the wives being such a big part, but it works. Can't wait for the next book to come out.
