Mr. Kate Primrose Metal Bed with Secured Slats, Headboard and Footboard, Queen Size Frame, White

Aesthetically on point, just as I had hoped. Directions were a bit tricky. Pay super close attention to the pictures for placement of the slats and which leg holes. The actual bed part feels very secure. The headboard and footboard may not withstand shape if my toddlers keep trying to come off the top ropes.

I absolutely love the style of the frame. Not sturdy and a piece arrived broken. It would work well in a guest room since it wouldn’t be used a whole lot but as an everyday frame (catch my drift) this thing will not hold due to screws loosening and the whole frame itself not being made with tougher materials.

I've had this bed for a few weeks now and I'm loving it so far. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. I put this together by myself; it took maybe an hour going at a leisurely pace. Two people could easily knock this out in half an hour. It's very well-made and sturdy. The pieces all fit together very securely and it's great that it came with extra screws. I also love that it gives you two options, whether you want your bed to sit higher or lower to the ground. I have a 10 inch mattress and decided to go with the higher option. If I had a thicker mattress, I'd definitely choose the lower option because my mattress is only slightly lower than the height of the footboard.I looked at so many bed frames and I'm really glad I went with this one. It's slightly more expensive than similar metal beds, but I think it's worth it. There aren't many modern looking metal beds at this price point and despite the fact that there weren't many reviews for this one, I took a chance and I'm so glad I did!

Instructions were clear & everything needed to assemble comes included & is nicely organized in packaging. The box itself when delivered is pretty heavy but once assembled it’s easy to move with 2 people. As long as you pay close attention to directions you’ll be fine. I made a few mistakes in screwing parts in the wrong direction which took up time to unscrew & fix. Other than that assembly is doable with just 1 person. I’m 26 & bought the queen size for my apartment & love the look. I made sure all parts were tightened, bed Doesn’t squeak at all. Good quality/sturdy, doesn’t feel cheap at all.

When the bed arrived it was missing about a third of the parts, including all of the hardware. Luckily, customer service was easy to reach and they were so pleasant and helpful. Replacement parts were delivered swiftly & I assembled the bed by myself in about an hour. It's cute and sturdy and doesn't squeak and likely is as good as you can get for the price.

There were minor issues but the bed is very sturdy. I put a board between mattress and frame, no squeaking. Single lady assembled this alone in about an hour in a studio apt on concrete floors. Box was delivered without damage, all pieces present. Chose the 11 in height. The two middle legs were uneven but the bed doesn’t rock or shift. It would’ve been nice if the screws were the same color as the bed but my bedding will cover that up anyways. I’m very happy with this purchase through Amazon it arrived earlier than the eta. I’m so happy I love MrKate on YouTube . I’d give it a 4.8/5.0

Easy to build and looks super chic. I have a queen sizes nectar mattress and it holds it perfectly. I personally weigh about 150 lbs, my dog is 75 lbs, and my cat is 10 lbs...we all sleep on the bed together and are more than comfortable and stable.

Update: It's been over a year now with the Primrose bed and I still love it! No squeaking and feels very sturdy.I've always wanted a metal bed frame in this type of style but they are typically pretty expensive or have bad reviews. I have been using the Primrose bed for over a month now and I absolutely love it. It was really simple to assemble (It does come with a lot of parts, but don't worry the instructions are easy to follow and the whole thing can be put together in less than an hour). I sprayed everything with WD-40 to make sure there would be no metal on metal squeaking and after a month it still feels solid and there is no squeaking! the design is so pretty and the adjustable height is great for storage. I have been a fan of Mr. Kate for years and trusted she'd put out a good and reliable product.

I was so excited to get this however I am SO disappointed! Product arrived damaged (one of the metal bars is Mangled/broken and so is the joint that it goes into) and it looked like this was possibly a return since the box was taped in all different places. Upon further inspection of the bars, other parts of the bed looked like they were going to come apart easily at the joints (you could see the seam with a gap in between) so I decided to just have this refunded instead of replaced. Buyer beware, very cheap!
