Wonders of Learning Science Box Set Discover Electricity & Magnetism

Purchased for my grandchildren and was so disappointed that there is essentially nothing included in the kit except for about 5 pieces of junk. The items pictured on the box are not really included. There is a book, and a poster and literally a hand full of very cheap plastic parts. My grandchildren were so disappointed. This needs to be removed as an item for sale on the Amazon site.

Agree with the other reviewers. The packaging is very deceptive. It shows magnets, compasses etc. You would expect that this is some sort of interactive kit that you could use to teach your child about electricity. The technical contents of the package are shown below, battery holder, bulb holder, switch, a couple of connectors and a little piece of wire. Not more than a dollar’s worth of cheap plastic components. The only “experiment” you can do is to connect a lightbulb to the battery and see it switching on.There is a book as well. It’s OK, nothing special, you certainly wouldn’t spend 30 or $40 on it. But the main point is still that, in buying this, you do not expect to simply be buying a book you expect to be buying some sort of educational experiment that will interest a child.We gave this to our eight-year-old son for Christmas. His opinion was summed up in one word that we don’t normally allow him to use but on this occasion I have to agree with him.

My 11 yr old got this as a gift and I swore it was missing pieces. It is not worth the money. It is very basic but doesnt provide magnets. My son nor daughter was impressed. She didnt even like the sticker book. Look around for something more complete.

Disappointing. Overpriced. My 9 year old son actually asked me to write this negative review. The front of the box oversells this to a practically unbelievable degree. Go buy something else.

This says it comes with a kit, but it only came with a book and poster inside the box. It was missing the experiment kit so it was pointless.

Don’t waste money. If not the included book, this set is absolutely worthless.
