Excellent customer service
I really enjoy the scents in the "Holiday Dessert" pack I purchased, they all smell very nice. Many of the scents are similar to other brands except for the Roasted Oolong Tea. I think the Roasted Oolong Tea is really what sets the MitFlor "Holiday Dessert" pack apart from other brands dessert packs, and why I would recommend giving this brand a try.As for MitFlor's customer service, I would give them 5 stars, it was excellent. The original shipment I received had been damaged. I contacted MitFlor and received a fast response (within hours). MitFlor immediately made the situation right. They were fast, courteous, and genuinely cared about the customer.

The smell is AMAZING
I absolutely love this brand an have been buying off them for over a year now . This box of Oils doesn't disappoint, with the smells lasting long an having my house smelling like Strawberry shortcake ! This scent box is a must to try along with Beach, Clean , Hers an Christmas lol can you tell im a little hooked.

A good product
A good product, but it doesn't works for my natural soaps.One of the oils spilled during delivery, which can happen with any product, but I leave my experience so that the brand can work on improving it.

Great smells!
I purchased the food bundle to make scented candles. The smells are amazing and they smell very natural. My favorite smells are strawberry cookie and roasted oolong tea. I had no idea what the tea would smell like, but it is very floral and clean smelling. I usually do not enjoy cinnamon smells, but the cinnamon apple doesn’t smell too strong and smells like apple pie. I placed the order on the 12, and it was delivered on the 15. I will definitely buy more oils from MitFlor and can’t wait to make more great smelling candles.

Not what I was expecting
These don’t really smell like the names on the bottle. They smell weird and I can barely smell the scent once in the diffuser.
