Nice--bright pictures, and story based on the well known DVD.
Received with delight, but now bored with it.

Not a great story/plot line
My kid is a fan of the curious George stories. This story fell flat. There is a lot of text on the pages but the plot is just not quite right. Plot is this: George goes to an apple orchard and accidentally gets apples into the cider maker, and makes cider. Owner isn’t mad because he would have made cider anyways. The end. I gave this two stars because the drawing are ok. Take a pass on this book, there a much better options from the series out there.

Great tool to use during an apple unit
Great tool to use during an apple unit. Gives a leak into how apple cider is made and how an assembly line works. Definitely needs to be read to young kids due to the size of words, amount of words, and higher vocabulary that is used. The pictures are vivid and entertaining. I gave 4 stars only because of the word count per page, intense vocabulary, and word size. I feel like that portion was more "intense" that typical Curious George books. However, my kinders loved listening to the story and learning through his experiences.

What’s not to love?
My daughter loves the current Curious George series on PBS kids. This book is based on the current TV series. My daughter loves recognizing the storyline and reading about her favorite monkey. The pages are a glossier page that seem more toddler friendly. The binding and cover have held up very well over several months of use.
