There are no instructions included; the instructions are sort of on the website
Background, am an amateur bike mechanic. This seatpost would be easy to install if there were instructions included or a manual on the website. But no, KS wanted to make this a bit more challenging, so it's a puzzle from the get go. I will include some pointers in this review.DO THIS FIRST: Mount the handle bar remote trigger mount, you'll need to take the stainless steel metal cable all the way out, thread it into the remote trigger, then slip on the adjustable 90 degree sleeve. Then slip the cable wire housing on and proceed with the video.Go to kssuspension.com/videos/ and look for the video Cable Length - External zero-movement cable models. This will get you 95% of the way there.Other than that, the product design seems well built and engineered.

Works well, but a few problems
The install is alright if you look up videos of other people installing it. They have official videos but they are not very helpful, poor camera angles. No physical instructions are included.I'm new to biking but this seems to be an established system. The way they terminate the cable at the seat is supposedly clean but the cap does not fit very well so I added a zip tie to keep dust out.The included lever is horrible, the cable swivel gets in the way if you have a front derailleur because the cable guide is not rigid in place and swivels around. Would recommend using one of their Southpaw levers instead which is an added cost.
