The quality is great! I do wish the box was a bit more subdued. A simple design would feel more classy when giving as a gift. The extra inserts were so wonderful and thoughtful. Also, what kind of wood is it? All in all, fabulous for a gift

My sweet Joey crossed the rainbow bridge just yesterday, and I can’t fathom having to live life without him. I’ll always be missing him and missing a piece of myself.I need the reminder that we will be back together, and I needed something gentle and kind to help pull me back the good and this piece did just that.So thoughtful and beautiful. I placed it on my mantel. When I am having a really hard time and am stuck in the only bad moment I had with Joey, I look at this piece and feel a shift that allows me to get away from that and think of the hundreds of thousands of amazing moments. I am shocked I found something that feels so meaningful on Amazon. I am so happy with the quality. It doesn’t feel or look cheap at all. And it comes with the sweetest little note, that shattered me but also felt like a hug. just 10/10.I would a million times over recommend this to anyone going through the loss of their bestest bud and furriest baby. It’s the hardest thing I’ve been through. I’m sending my love to anyone else who is looking at these products. Hopefully you land on this one and it can bring you the same sliver of peace it has brought me.

UPDATED! I have never bothered to update a review, but I wanted to come back and post some photos to go with my previous text. I included a photo of the box my memorial came in, and the wonderful condolence card included. I also posted a photo of what the memorial looks like in the area of the house where I celebrate my best friend, Collin. I am still blown away by this company. If you are looking for a special way to remember yours, please consider patronizing Capti.I cannot say enough good things about this product and the maker. I lost my best friend, Collin, on Valentine's Day to cancer. He was my everything, had been with me through dark times, and I am still devastated. But, we made a pact that he will wait for me at the Rainbow Bridge, so this was perfect for me to have at home to remind me that we will see each again someday. So, here what I can I say about this product:1) It is incredibly well made;2) You can display the rainbow pieces either flush or stagger them so them so they appear 3D;3) it arrived in the most careful, protective, but not wasteful packaging I have seen in a long time - even the box is adorable (I kept it, too). This is important for those of us who care about the environment;4) it's a great value, something you will always cherish; and5) the maker enclosed a nice little sympathy/thank you-type card with the item. They don't have to do that, but what a nice touch when they know folks are buying this probably at a time when they are grieving the loss of a companion.Everything about this product tells me this maker is unique among those who make and sell "stuff." They obviously care deeply about animals, are exceptionally proud of their product, and they respect the feelings of customers who purchase from them. Rarely have I had so much to say about a purchase, but this find is extraordinary. If you are contemplating getting this product, what are you waiting for? Get it! You will not regret it.

This gift is amazing, I can’t say enough good things about it. The craftsmanship and quality is amazing. Sometimes it’s hard to tell from pictures online if you are actually getting what you’re purchasing, but this blew me away. It’s much larger than I expected it to be, but it’s the perfect addition to our bookshelf. We have gotten so many compliments on it from friends and family when they visit. I love that. The company makes it customizable to the family that it represents. I couldn’t be happier and I have nothing bad to say about the item!

I ordered this for my daughter when she lost her dog, CHIEF, to bone cancer two weeks ago. Little did I know that two days later I would have to put two of my own furry kids to sleep. I immediately ordered another one for our own home to honor our Bernie and Lucy. The first one arrived and the quality was very nice and my husband said that he would like one for ourselves after we lost our pups so I did order it and I’m waiting for it as we speak. I also told a neighbor about it and she was going to order one for her daughter who just lost her dog. I hope these bring everyone comfort.

My dear friend and her wife’s dog passed away, and I was searching for something thoughtful to give them to show my sorrow for the grief they were experiencing. I expected a little box with a small trinket inside. Instead, I received a beautiful, large, colorful, giftable box. I haven't seen the actual product yet so I'm not sure how large it is, but based on the quality of the packaging, I expect the product will be well-made. I am especially pleased that there is a donation to a rescue with each purchase made. I will definitely be buying this product again when the opportunity arises.
