Followed the instructions and unpacked and let it sit for 24hrs or so before sleeping on it. Was a pretty fun activity with my 6yr old watching the mattress inflate! My old mattress was an older foam mattress that had a 3" memory foam factory installed on top. I had wore out box springs under it, and was waking up consistently with sciatica pain, etc. This mattress was an awesome solution since it was affordable, didn't have to transport, and it eliminated the need for box springs. I bought a separate metal base for it, and was able to install it in the perimeter of my old headboard/side board/foot board. I can't really say anything negative about the mattress so far, especially for the price. I'm a big guy, and have so far no noticed any sagging/dips, etc. Will report back if so. Warranty should cover any issues though! Warranty was one reason why I went with this model. I think the value is great, especially if you're simply looking to replace your old wore out mattress, but don't feel like taking a month to shop for one, and spend a few thousand dollars.

I picked up this mattress for the guestroom. This is the one that has both coils and memory foam. I recently had a couple stay with me, and they said it was some of the best sleep they’ve had. The only downside of the mattresses when you’re sitting on the very end it does sink in, but for this price the quality is unbelievable. And I’ve paid for very expensive boxed mattresses from helix that were nowhere near as comfortable. my master bedroom that I sleep on every night it’s the one that is just memory foam and gel I thought I would hate it but oh my gosh I don’t think I’ve slept well in years and I have a bad back!

It is a very comfortable mattress, i have a lot of back pain and joint pain and have been sleeping well. However it does not seem to be the 75inch length advertised or it shrunk in the deflation process, but i returned one bedframe and thought it was the frame why I had so much frame revealed, Purchased another one and measured the inside dimensions and the frame was exactly 75.5 inches. so the mattress should have sat snuggly within the frame, however i have a couple inches of room on both ends, thinking it is more like 70 inches in length. A bit disappointed with that aspect.

Thankfully technology has brought us excellent comfort on foam. And who'd a thought such comfort could be shipped to your doorstep in a box? We're in our middle 60's. We put much thought and research into this purchase......because good sleep is extremely important. So to the bed. It didn't have an odor. We simply unpackaged it, let it expand and slept on it. For us there was no break in period. The mattress was just that comfortable. I will say it replaced a 14 year old king mattress that we spent over a $1,000 on. That was a decent amount to spend on a bed that long ago. Of course it needed replaced, and a new one was years in the deciding process. Long story short, I'd buy a Novilla again without giving it a second thought!

I spent days on Amazon as well as other sites looking for the best hybrid mattress that had coils but also had a great comfy topper. Don’t hesitate on this one. I was so worried about any smell when opening it and there was none! It is just under 72 hours and it is at 11 inches. But not worried about that because my daughter says it is really comfortable. So glad we chose this one. Great price too.

The mattress is comfortable.Got this for guest room so it’ll work. The rim of the mattress doesn’t pop up to be level with center of bed. Oh and be careful opening when I cut the plastic of I got body slammed by the mattress popping out (truly I’m bruised). So with all this said I would still buy this mattress for the price -I would be more careful when opening.

Got the mattress on time, inflated it and let it air out for about 10 hrs. No fiberglass issues, no wierd smells - howerver, I sprayed non-bleach upholstery cleaner (i.e., 409 liquid) to the top and wiped off with cloth towels and let it air dry under a ceiling fan for the entire 10 hours. Very satisfied so far with the purchase.PROS: price/value, quality, comfort, no fiberglass or toxic smellsCONS: the box springs can be felt on the sides of mattress somewhat, nothing noticeable but I had read a review and it mentioned that - just proof they are real springs.If something goes wrong, I'll come back and update, but for now, very satisfied.

After having this mattress now for a few months I am very pleased with how comfortable it is. I have plenty of room to stretch out and even though the description stayed medium firm it is more on the softer side. My one complaint, which is why I only gave it 4 stars, is there is nothing to on the sides of the mattress to keep it firm. So if you sit on the edge the entire mattress sinks down . But overall I am very pleased.
