Great product
Has been brilliant for home in the heat wave. You change the ice pack every few hours and the room is noticeably cooler and allows for a good nights sleep!

Happy with purchase
I like it’s compact, it oscillates and has remote control and is multi use. It’s design is quite stylish and fits in with my decor as oppose to the Cheaper alternative industrial looking square ones I researched. I would echo other reviews that it does blow colder air once water in tank and ice pack given time to cool water. It’s not air con so don’t expect very cold air but I have found it cools better than a normal fan and I was pleased I spent the extra money as I feel cooler than I did last year when I just had a normal fan and today has been 32 degrees outside! But I have been fairly comfortable. Sleep mode and timer also a great plus point. 1 star deducted as Downside is water tray does not come out fully so I carefully tip upside down over bath then leave drawer open to fully dry drawer or I guess you could use some form of siphon. If using all day expect to alternate ice packs to keep water cold and you will need to top up with cold water again halfway through the day. In conclusion I’m very happy with this fan and would recommend for a flat where space is limited and not much storage. Obviously it makes some noise but I’ve heard louder! Same noise as any other oscillating tower fan.

Super cool
Great cooler fan with handy options. But pricey though when compared with competitors.

£180 down the drain.
Bought this item at the end of the 2020 summer, used it in the summer of 2021 and now it won't even turn on anymore.Literally only lasted one summer which is shocking taking in consideration this thing costs £180! I thought I was paying for quality but clearly not! Some of the images look different to the item I received, for example the water base where the ice pack slots in, mine has nothing at all for that and the ice pack would just float around. I wasn't bothered much by this, but to try and turn on the cooler after only using it during the previous summer and it not working anymore is shocking!Buyers beware!

A bit disappointed
I thought this would have performed better than it does. Water for evaporative cooling. But it really is just another fan. I’ve tried filling the bucket with ice and topped up with water, but it makes the air cooler that’s all. It could not reduce the temperature in a room with windows and doors shut. Wouldn’t recommend or rebuy.

Great air-conditioning unit, although slightly on the expensive side 👌
This is really good, slightly on the noisy side and the 2 ice packs don't really make it much colder than without using them & would have probably been better if they were bigger ice packs. It definitely does the job and whats even better is that its on wheels for easy manoeuvring and the water tank lasts quite long before it needs refilling and it beeps at you when it needs refilling. 🤗

Best to go for a couple of smaller, cheaper versions
I bought a small evaporative cooling fan a couple of years ago, just big enough to sit on the desk next to me, and it provided a reasonably cool breeze but very localised. I decided to upgrade to a more expensive, 'better' product which may provide better results. I was not expecting air-conditioning, but this is a let down. Even with cold water and freezer blocks in the tank the result it barely more than a traditional fan. There is no way, I can find, of angling the air up or down. The unit, which is reasonable nice and neat, has an output between 15 and 30 inches above the surface on which it sits, which means sitting on a normal chair it goes no higher than chest level; you can't have a breeze on your face and head unless you stand the unit higher. The water tank is quite difficult to fill. It involves releasing a stiff catch right at the bottom, then pulling out the tray which has no pull handle as such. I find the easiest way is to lift the device onto a table and carry out the process at that level rather than trying to do it on the floor. There is also no simple way of emptying the water tank. It seems best to fill it up with cold water; use it for the day then empty the water that has warmed up so it can be replaced with cold again. Apparently there is a way of removing the tank but it involves unscrewing it; not really user friendly.All-in-all, for the price paid, I would rather have gone for a couple of smaller models.

Keep the Box!
I was really happy with this item. However I had to return it as it was faulty.I regret throwing the box as it was a nightmare to get a box big enough to send it back. So I strongly suggest keeping the box just in case.Obviously i bought this item to keep me cool. And it did just that. Except on three occasions where it had turned itself off. It showed no power light and It refused to turn on. Even though it was still plugged inI got really hot and sweaty trying to turn it off and then back on at the mains plug several times. Which rather defeated the object of buying it.The first time it happened I thought that it was just an annoyance. The second time it wouldn’t turn on I was really frustrated. By the third time it wouldn’t turn on I had had enough. I had only had the item just over a week and already a fault.Randomly it came back on after I had struggled turning the plug on and off to no avail. It just didn’t make any sense as to why it was randomly refusing to come on and then randomly coming on after it had refused too. Suddenly all by itself it would light up showing the power lights again! It was very spooky having an object in my home doing its own thing!
