The product is good but would've preferred it to be a little larger around the calf area. Kinda tight. It does work, but can't wear long because sleeves aren't made for people with large calves.

These calf sleeves are working well for my husband’s shin splints. They’re like a double compression treatment with the wraps to put around the shins coupled with the compression sleeve to put over it. The elastic straps have velcro to keep them securely in place. They’ve helped reduce the pain in the shins and ease the muscle pain in the calves. This calf sleeve package is a great set to have if you are an active person. The set comes with two calf sleeves and two compression wraps. I purchased this set in a size Large for my husband who is 6'2" and about 190 pounds. He is training for triathlons (swimming, running, and biking), so these are perfect to help with his training. I got these calf compression sleeves for my son, whom is pretty active and plays football for his high school. I ordered a size large, he has large calf, which measure 15 inches. I think he would've been better using an extra large but he says that it fits fine, it's comfortable, and not too tight. These sleeves provide great support and the elastic band helps adjust the fit to your liking. The elastic held up pretty well and he did not have to adjust it while play football nor during practice. I feel that the sleeve held up well against cramping and soreness that he usually experiences after football games. There was no shrinkage either after washing the compression calf sleeves. When your calf hurt and you hate meds thisbis the best way to go about it. I have used compression socks in the past so I am pretty familiar with the feeling. Love the fact that this sleeves come with extra support to assure that you are feeling at your best. Simple to use and does not come with an instruction manual. I recently started doing C25k (couch to 5k) training and I have been told by many people that compression is the key to maintaining healthy muscles when working out and getting into better shape so I ordered these. And I have to say I am very pleased with them, I have used these several times already and everything I was told is definitely true. I have been able to sustain my training for longer once I started using these as they keep more focused blood flow in the areas where I was getting the most fatigue. I generally wear the wrap over the sleeve as I have thicker calves and it is just faster to wrap it than to pull the sleeve on.
