Finally, proper dim sum at home!
This British summer has been gloomier than usual, and the pandemic has discouraged us to visit our favourite spots in China town.We bought this product to get proper dim sum at home and was very pleased.We soaked them for a few seconds, then placed them in a deep pan, used the mesh to place the food on top, and tested it with veggie, with some seafood, and every type of dim sum we could find.They cook well, they feel very solid and slide into one another very well, really happy with this product!

Decent sized steamer
This steamer is a good size and is easy to clean. It comes with two cloth liners which I have been able to wash and reuse.

Lid arrived with mould covering the top
product is otherwise satisfactory, in size and in quality, with no mould anywhere else, considering ordering another to replace the lid

Nicely made, fits together well
A good size for steaming over a wok. Well made and of good quality. The layers fit well together and the steam works perfectly throughout the steamer. It does seem to work best if the bottom of the steamer is slightly under the level of the water.
