Straightforward install.

First let me say the bars look great. This is not my first set of bars to install and I’ve successfully wired several sets in the past. I have not had experience with meathooks so i decided to order prewired to save some time and a few curse words. Second wiring the TBW following Dominators instructions worked great installed in less than 10 minutes. Installed the bars hooked up the wires and no power to the head unit and power to controls. Started trouble shooting and found the left side wires shorting and a couple wires dead. Pulled the bars back off and decided to pull the left side wires sure enough wires are cut (see photos). Instead of sending the bars back, remember I just installed the TBW, I attempted to contact Dominator to see if they would replace the wire harness. Tried website, tried to call left message sent web portal message tried social media and no response. So I went ahead and installed the factory wires and reinstalled the bars. Worked fine for about 100 miles then security light came and and threw code. Researched code which came back to security system. Searched frantically for possible grounding issue, cut or pinched wires and no luck. Finally decided to check right side wire harness. Guess what another shorted wire to the on off switch. I know know I should have checked both sides once I found the left side issue but I did not. Maybe I just got a bad set but know that Dominator is NOT going to be there if you have an issue. BTW I rewired the right side after a few cuss words reinstalled the bars and all works fine. So much for buying prewired bars. I’ll never do business with Dominator again.

Nicely made bars, tried to run my internal wires and kept getting caught on burrs on the inside of the bars. Other than that, bars seemed to have good quality. Return was simple.

Not compatible with current HD "throttle by wire" twist grip application. The inside of the bar's right side is burred up and won't allow insertion of the twist grip cylinder. Don't waste your time and money.

Wiring had a short which damaged my bike. Has a crack in the bars. Once notified the company refused to even talk to me to find a resolution.
